Cons:

El transporte entre el parque de Disney y el hotel es un auténtico desastre. No hay organización ninguna. Nadie se encarga de organizar a los inquilinos de los distintos hoteles, ni a la ida y mucho menos a la vuelta frente a la estación Gare du nord.

El entorno es muy bonito y el hotel en general está bien y limpio

Cons:

El baño era muy pequeño y demasiado básico, casi no había sitio para dejar los neceseres y no había perchas donde dejar las toallas para que se sequen. Las paredes de la habitación tienen algún agujero. El bufete del desayuno muy justo en platos, vasos, cubiertos además de que algunos estaban sucios y si dicen que el horario del bufete es hasta las 10:30, debe haber comida hasta esa hora, ya que llegamos a las 10:10 y ya no había nada.

No poden dir que te un bon transport al parc Disney. Les dues nits que portem aquí, les meves filles han resultat ferides a la cua de l’autobús de tornada, amb hematomes i angoixa. Un autèntic desastre.

⭐ 1/2 Star – Extremely disappointing and unhygienic

I honestly have never experienced a hotel like this, especially considering the price. I paid around €1,100 for my stay including breakfast, and the experience was extremely disappointing.

I went to breakfast only once because what I saw completely put me off eating. The hygiene was shocking. The bread/baguettes looked as if they had been broken or cut by hand rather than properly prepared, with pieces that were clearly not uniform.

Even worse were the cups and mugs. Many of them were visibly dirty — some had lipstick marks, some had what looked like cheese residue, and others still had coffee inside them. I found this absolutely disgusting and unacceptable for a hotel charging this kind of price.

The breakfast selection was also very poor. There were baked beans, but I didn’t even see basic options such as sausages or bacon. For what I paid, I expected a much higher standard.

The room was also very basic. There wasn’t even a small fridge in the room, which I would expect as a basic facility, especially for the price we paid. There was hardly anything in the room that made the stay feel comfortable or worth the money.

The hotel is advertised as being close to Disneyland Paris, and yes, it is only around six minutes away, but there was nothing magical about the hotel itself. The free shuttle was also not useful for me because it was often completely full, so I ended up using Bolt instead.

For the amount of money I paid, I expected cleanliness, proper hygiene, comfortable facilities and a much better breakfast experience. Instead, I left feeling extremely disappointed and disgusted.

I would definitely not stay here again and I cannot recommend this hotel. If I could give half a star, I would. Disaster.
