Tive uma excelente experiência no TRYP Leiria Hotel e fiquei genuinamente surpreendido pela qualidade do serviço e atenção ao detalhe.

Quero começar por destacar a funcionária que me serviu o jantar no dia 12 de junho — infelizmente não me recordo do nome dela, o que lamento — mas foi extraordinariamente prestável, educada e atenciosa. Fez realmente toda a diferença na experiência e merece, sem dúvida, um reconhecimento ou até um prémio pelo serviço excecional.

O quarto estava impecável: muito bem limpo, cuidado e com um ambiente agradável e cheiroso. A decoração é simples, mas elegante, o que acaba por criar um espaço confortável e acolhedor.

Algo que também me marcou foi o contraste com o exterior — quem passa por fora dificilmente imagina a elegância e o cuidado que encontra no interior do hotel.

O pequeno-almoço tinha uma boa variedade e tudo o que provei estava bem preparado, com qualidade e sabor.

No geral, foi uma estadia muito positiva e uma experiência que recomendo sem hesitar.

Pros:

O hotel está muito bem situado em Leiria, tinha um ar cuidado e moderno e as instalações estavam limpas.
O pequeno almoço tinha muita variedade e estava tudo muito bom.
Os funcionários foram sempre muito atenciosos e gostamos muito do atendimento.
