Pros:

La propreté de l’établissement.
Le petit déjeuner était très bon.
Le personnel du petit déjeuner étaient agréables.

Cons:

Le personnel de l’accueil pas très accueillant.
La localisation de l’établissement, 30-40 minute à pied des restaurants et du centre pour le soir, donc obligé de prendre la voiture.
Le quartier où ce situe l’hôtel est pas top.

Prima hotel

Lekker zwembad met ligbedjes. Uitgebreid ontbijt.

Cons:

Bij aankomst kregen we een ruime kamer tegenover de lift. Helaas was er iets mis met de lift, waardoor deze voortdurend een zeer storend en hard geluid maakte. Daarom wilden we deze kamer niet houden.

We konden een andere kamer kiezen, maar die was aanzienlijk kleiner. Hiervoor werd helaas geen enkele vorm van compensatie aangeboden, terwijl we wel voor de grotere kamer hadden betaald.

Daarnaast vonden we het vreemd dat er €5 wordt gevraagd wanneer je een schone badhanddoek wilt. Dat hebben we bij hotels eigenlijk nog niet eerder meegemaakt.

Al met al viel de service hierdoor tegen.

Pros:

Personale cortese, disponibile e competente, conferisce maggiore pregio ad una struttura completa di tutti i servizi, che consiglio vivamente. Colazione abbondante e la stanza confortevole, seppure ad un prossimo soggiorno prediligerò quella con affaccio sulla piscina. Posizione buona, vicina al mare, ma leggermente defilata dal lungomare, quanto basta per godere di quiete.

Cons:

Le pietanze del bistrot attivo solo a pranzo non sono di eccellente livello, pur accettabili per chi intenda permanere in struttura.

Schöne Anlage mit ein paar Mängeln
Pros:

Wundervolle Anlage, schön angelegte Gartenanlage mit tollen Pool und bequemen Liegeflächen. Parkplätze direkt vor dem Hotel oder auf einem extra geschlossen Parkplatz in der Nähe, Nähe zu den Stränden, gute Anbindung an Autobahn, geräumiges Zimmer, schöner Balkon zum Innenhof, toll gestalteter Innenhof, leckeres Frühstück mit sehr grosser Auswahl an verschiedenen Broten, Obst und Süssspeisen. Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal beim Frühstück.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist baulich mit einem Nebengebäude verbunden, in dem sich Wohnungen befinden. Leider waren dort nachts teilweise feiernde und lautstarke Jugendliche zu hören. Die Geräusche wurden über die Lüftung im Badezimmer extrem verstärkt, sodass wir trotz geschlossener Badezimmertür teilweise nicht einschlafen konnten.

Als wir dies an der Rezeption ansprachen, wurden wir von einer sehr arrogant wirkenden jungen Mitarbeiterin mit einem breiten Grinsen förmlich ausgelacht. Wir erklärten ihr, dass wir selbst Immobilien besitzen und eine derartige Lärmbelästigung als Eigentümer keinesfalls dulden würden und in einer solchen Situation gegebenenfalls auch die Polizei verständigen würden, um die Situation zumindest etwas einzudämmen. Besonders unverständlich war für uns ihre Reaktion, da sie selbst erwähnte, dass es bereits mehrere Beschwerden gegeben habe. Umso mehr hätten wir erwartet, dass das Hotel entsprechend reagiert und sich um eine Lösung bemüht.

Auch die Sauberkeit im Zimmer sowie teilweise in den öffentlichen Räumlichkeiten entsprach leider nicht unseren Erwartungen an ein 4-Sterne-Hotel.

Darüber hinaus war die Dusche leider undicht, da die Duschglaswand keine ausreichende Verbindung zur Wand hatte. Dadurch trat beim Duschen regelmäßig Wasser aus, sodass anschließend teilweise das halbe Badezimmer unter Wasser stand. Auch dies entspricht aus unserer Sicht nicht dem Standard, den man von einem 4-Sterne-Hotel erwarten darf.

La struttura è posizionata a pochi passi dal lungo mare

Abbiamo soggiornato con soluzione alloggio. Esattamente alloggio 1. Pulizia pessima, doccia che perdeva acqua, giardino sporco con solo una sedia rotta, pertanto non e’ stato possibile utilizzare la parte esterna. Sempre in giardino Era presente una strana struttura di vetro piena di melma e zanzare di cui allego la foto. Nonostante le mie lamentele in reception non ho avuto nessuna risposta.
