The staff were very helpful and nothing was a problem, check in and out was easy, breakfast was superb with a huge buffet choice, cooked or meats cheese fruit cereal, pastries coffees and juice, tables were cleared when people left there tables and cleaned right away, rooms were nice and I found the bed really comfortable, great shower in bathroom as well, hotel in a great area as well and bus stops just round the corner, would definitely use this hotel again
The only thing I didn't like was the draft later on sale but other than that no complaints

The room smelled of mold/damp the room was roasting with ac on and a very small room for the price

made booking due to travel cancellations - needed a hotel for the night. Took confirmation and made payment then told as I arrived that my booking didn't exist - and it effectively left me out on the streets for the night with no where to sleep. Night manager was very unhelpful and was adamant I had wrong hotel. despite my email and payment being confirmed -- they marked it down as 'no show' and still took the money.
