The location of the hotel is perfect. It is a very short walk (10 minutes approximately) from Haymarket train station. Atmosphere was very good and the staff were fantastic and keen to help. The rooms were lovely and enjoyed the welcome chocolates and biscuits when I arrived. The pillows were hard though and that needs changing and amenities in the fridge (mini bar) were quite cheap in terms of cheap soda and would have been better if there was a can of coca cola in there instead. The TV had issues too with the remote control having a foreign language and not calibrating with the TV.
The value of the hotel was good and I am pleased with the price paid. The hotel room was very clean and spotless. The noise level was absolutely fine with no concerns. I would give 5/5 stars nevertheless and the food was amazing and enjoyed my dinner (Chicken burger/tiramisu for dessert). I would be happy to stay here ago and would love to do so. I hope the hotel will make the changes above to improve the stay in future.

Wir hatten ein tolles Zimmer, das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Frühstück sehr gut.
Habitacio molt gran comode i agradable a mès de no sentir cap soroll. Esmorzar molt divers i molt bo, del tot recomanable, fabulos.
El llit era una mica incomode i sobretot els coixins que et posan dos pero petits encara que siguin gruixots, no em va convence això.

The hotel and the room were clean and fresh.
We arrived around 8:30 AM after an overnight flight, hoping to get into our room early. They did not have a room available, which I totally understand. But I found it odd that the person who was on the desk had a very casual golf shirt on that was dirty! It’s a small point, but it’s the first impression when we arrived at the hotel and this employee was simply not dressed very professionally.

Lo que más me gustó del alojamiento fue la ubicación. Está a unos 20 minutos andando de los principales lugares de interés de Edimburgo y tiene paradas de autobús muy cerca, con buena comunicación para desplazarse por la ciudad.
No me gustó la habitación. La cama se hundía y resultaba muy incómoda. Además, el extractor del baño hacía muchísimo ruido, hasta el punto de que no pudimos descansar prácticamente nada durante las dos noches. Hemos salido bastante descontentas con la estancia.
