Todo o pessoal do staff super amável e muito atento às necessidades dos clientes. O jantar e o pequeno almoço estavam muito saborosos.

Cons:

Os wc's junto à piscina não estavam arranjados nem limpos e isso passa uma mensagem descuidada.

Cons:

O hotel precisa de muita manutenção, carpintarias partidas, sujas. Paredes com muita humidade, muitas batidas. Casa de banho com muita humidade. Quartos a precisar de muita manutenção. O serviço dos funcionários merecia uma melhoria, são simpáticos mas o serviço não é incrível. O cuidado e atenção ao cliente tem de melhorar.

Stylish boutique hotel in the countryside
Pros:

Very stylish modern villa, well-equipped with appliances, plenty of space
Plenty of privacy, set in a beautiful cork oak plantation
complimentary bottle of wine
staff were able to lend a baby-chair for dinner from the restaurant (although I think they may have gotten into trouble as they wouldn't re-lend it for the subsequent breakfast)

Good, but needs improvement
Pros:

Great potencial villa, very nicely designed, but it severely needs maintenance. Pool was great, very silent surroundings. Cleaning staff were nice.

Cons:

The floor was all damaged, walking inside is a tripping hazard. It also needs a general deep cleaning, for ex. curtains were smelling.

At the check-in the receptionist was more busy to have fun with the colleagues than to take care of us.

Pros:

A comida ao jantar estava incrível! Optamos pelos dois pratos de carne, que estavam soberbos ! Dos melhores pratos que já comi!
O pequeno almoço também era bom!
Gostamos imenso do quarto, desde o conforto, ao espaço e a vista incrível que tinha!
Todos os empregados eram disponíveis e muito simpáticos !

Cons:

Colocaria a piscina num sítio onde não apanhasse a sombra do espaço . De resto não tenho nada a apontar .
