Convenient location, comfortable facility however disappointed with food options and hospitality
Pros:

The hotel is situated in a great location with quick access to Kandy city center and key destinations. comfortable rooms, and a peaceful atmosphere made our stay enjoyable.

Cons:

We were disappointed with the staff hospitality and overall service experience. The food, especially the dinner, did not meet our expectations as there were very limited options available and the menu was mostly Indian-style cuisine.

10/10, lovely people, lovely stay, will come again
Pros:

This was a beautiful comfortable stay in a brilliant location with beautiful views. The facilities were perfectly adequate, clean & the people were bright and lovely.

Cons:

Some little touches might be a little dated but it’s still one of the nicer hotels in town for sure!

I was expecting a little more from a Radisson property.
Pros:

Location was great, and the checking in/checking out process was pretty efficient. The service was good, all the staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was good, but very crowded. The gem store in the lobby provided a good selection and while they aren't part of the hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful as well.

Cons:

The property was old and tired. There were fittings in the bathroom that were old and broken but still functional. The safe kept flashing 'low battery' so I didn't dare to use it. There was no hairdryer but when I asked for one at the reception they delivered one to me. It was a busy week as I was there during a national holiday. The hotel was packed and for some reason the corridor outside my room was always busy. There was furniture, cleaning trolleys along the corridor at all hours.It was also a bit noisy as I could hear the people in the next room. Security was lacking in the lifts as one of the lifts didn't seem to require guests to tap their room keys for access.

Comfortable stay with decent facilities.
Pros:

Great Radisson for the price. Location is alright but I was there for work so ended up calling Tuktuks via PickMe app. Staff is friendly and the rooftop bar has 5-7 happy hour which is always great. The pool is small, just big enough for kids or for adults to be lazy in. Breakfast buffet was great.
