An unforgettable stay with exceptional service!
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Radisson Hotel Kandy. The room was a Lake View room—spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained.

The food was absolutely delicious, with an amazing variety on both the breakfast and dinner buffets. It was easily one of the best spreads I’ve ever had, offering something for everyone.

A special shoutout to Ms. Malki, Ms. Himali, the restaurant staff, and the chefs. You all were incredibly warm, attentive, and always went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. A big, extra thanks to Ms. Malki for being so approachable, always greeting us with a smile, and showing so much care to ensure our little boy, Kevyan, was happy and well looked after.

We highly recommend Radisson Hotel Kandy to anyone visiting the area. We are already looking forward to staying here again!

Pros:

The breakfast at Radisson Hotel was amazing, with a wide variety of options. The egg hoppers were the highlight for me, and I’ve become a fan of them now. The staff were humble and kind, and the food throughout the stay was really good. The room was comfortable, and the welcome drink was a nice touch. It was great to see breakfast options catering to guests from different countries, offering something for everyone.

Cons:

What I didn’t like was the lack of proper signage for the hotel. At night, while walking back from the market, it was easy to miss the correct turn because there were no clear boards, and one could easily take the wrong slope. Better lighting along the pathway would also improve safety and visibility. It would be helpful if the hotel could also consider providing a battery buggy or golf cart service to make it easier for guests to travel back and forth to the market.
