Sehr gute zentrale Lage, schöner Ausblick auf den See, gute Anbindung mit Tuk Tuk. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, auch zu Kindern. Großes Buffet und gutes Essen.

Cons:

Der Wäscheservice war nicht gut (Wäsche noch dreckig) und zu teuer.

Lovely
Pros:

Pleasant stay,good facilites ,staff were really polite and helpful.Enjoyed breakfast very much and the lake view is highly recommended.Suggestion for improvement:Having a seperate route to the pool rather than having to walk through the rooftop bar(wearing a bikini).Overall excellent stay.

Has Potential to be better for Kandy
Pros:

Radisson Kandy was our second experience of radisson in Sri Lanka after long hours travelling to the hotel we arrived late in the afternoon. So the hotel was built in 2015 and Fully renovated in 2022. So that not so long ago! To see the state of the outside I feel it needs serious maintenance intervention on the outside of the building. We had a nice room with balcony which was good.

The bathroom taps needs to be replace, the shower heads appear to be in a slight worn out state. Other than that everything seems to alright with the room. Room attendants were nice and pay so much attention to details. Our experience in Kandy City wasn’t the best but radisson Kandy made up for the stay.

Restaurant and bar Staff was slow. I think we seriously need to have a sit down conversation with the Restaurant and Beverage Team and talk about quality of service. Roof Top was not the best experience the cocktail was tasty but I don’t know whether it was a cocktail or a mocktail that I was given. Food Team is really good the food was nice!

Roof top needs a-lot of attention chairs has been worn out the plastic is digging into our skin the, the base of the chair was not comfortable we got cushions but it was uneven and uncomfortable to sit on. It needs modern touch at the roof top. Staff needs to stop chatting around and gossiping about guest and actually focus on giving a good service.

Good experience for a short stay.
Pros:

Good experience. Rooms were compact, clean & good. Washrooms were clean, hygenic and clean. Buffet spread was decent. stayed for a night with my family. taken two rooms. The balcony is good but with a warning sign to keep locked to prevent monkeys from entering the room. The property is on a elevated place , so climbing down to the market is little bit challenging. However there are shopping places, restaurants etc with near to the hotel. Checkin was smooth with not much hassles. Staff are friendly & courteous. Overall a good short stay.

Worth a stay
Pros:

A nice hotel close to heart of Kandy. Really good buffets and comfy room. Didn’t appreciate a lizard in the room though but was cleared out quickly
