צוות חייכני ושרות מהיר ומקצועי,
מעריכה מאוד את הדאגה של השף לעדכן אותי במאכלים ללא גלוטן, תודה !!
המארח יוסף פתר בעייה במהירות ועל הצד הטוב.

Cons:

כשהגענו לארוחת החג לא המתין לנו שולחן לשלושה, אלא לשניים, והיה צורך לעמוד ולהמתין לארגון מחדש של שולחן,
מיקומי שולחן לזוגות תמיד כברירת מחדל... מיקומים לא מחמיאים בלשון המעטה.

Pros:

Очень красивый вид из окна, хорошо устроенное здание, красивая прогулочная зона. Номера очень удобные ( с двумя балконами )Завтрак вкусный, разнообразный! В баре ( внутри гостиницы) молодой человек очень хорошо обслуживал , вкусное кофе .

Cons:

Уборщица оставила не смытый хлор в душевой. Положила одежду ( новую ) и испортила ( сняло с одежду краску). Могло бы быть еще опаснее , если бы дотронулась рукой . Понимаю, что очень старалась отмывала, но все надо посл хлора промывать капитально с водой!

נוף ,טבע ואמנות שילוב מנצח

את יצירות האמנות,
צריך תעוזה רבה כדי להציב את פסלה של סיגלית לנדאו בםתח המתחם.
זה לא מפורסם מספיק שיש שפע כל כך גדול של יצירות אמנות וחבל. זאת סיבה בפני עצמה להגיע למלון.

חסרו לי מאוד עבודותיה של מיכל נאמן.
הייתי מוסיפה עוד עבודות של נורית דויד מתקופות אחרות,
ומגוונת עם עבודות של אמניות צעירות יותר כמו הילה שפיצר, יערה אורן, אסד עזי ,הילה לולו לין, מירים כבסה. ליאור שטיינר ועוד.
עבודות צבעוניות של נורית דויד מוקמו במקום גבוה מידי כך שלא היה אפשרי להתבונן בהם
מחיר ארוחת הערב היה גבוה מידי, חבל שלא ידעתי שיכוולתי להזמין בוולט.

Great place, but way too pricey.
Pros:

We had a great time overall - the pool, the food at the restaurant, the parking and the view and vibe. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, the rooms were clean and the location is great to get around Zichron and other places in the area.

Cons:

It was all very good, but it's very expensive. For this price, I would have expected to get an excellent experience, but some things were not top notch. The gym was very disappointing, the shower was small and overall it seemed like some finishing touches were needed around the place.
