Todo. La amabilidad y el excelente trabajo de todo el personal (recepción, bar, desayuno, limpieza...), el hotel y sus instalaciones y servicios, la habitación, su ubicación. Extraordinario trabajo de todos. Enhorabuena!

Spadai is an outstanding hotel! We stayed at multiple hotels during our Italy trip and this was hands down our favorite stay.

The staff is really friendly and helpful and the location is hard to beat, minutes away from the Duomo. The hotel seems newly renovated with comfortable beds and the most generous amenity kits.

The highlight for us was the morning breakfast - the buffet was extremely well stocked with fresh fruit, pastries etc. The breakfast staff and kitchen went out of their way to accommodate allergies and deserve a special shoutout!

Hotel Spadai was highly recommended to us by my sister-in-law. She constantly raves about the place, and I could totally see why. The hotel was centrally located, and it's one of the more modern, elegant hotels we've stayed at during our trip. The Duomo and Piazza Santa Maria Novella were steps away from the hotel, and it's a less than 10 minute taxi to the train station.

Their complimentary breakfast was amazing. They offered a huge variety of items including hot food, tortes, cereals, fruit, cheeses, parfaits, quiches, etc. I enjoyed a latte every morning with them.

Our room at Hotel Spadai was excellent. Very spacious with tall ceilings and had plenty of room for us to lay out 2 large pieces of luggage and 2 small carry-ons. The bathroom was big as well, but the shower was disproportionate to it. The shower felt so much smaller, and what's weird was its two double doors. The doors met at the corner of the shower and didn't close all the way, so water could easily escape to the floor. Other than that, I would 1000% stay at this hotel again next time I'm in Florence.

- الاستقبال مميز وحار وواضح مع ابتسامه
- الابتسامه والترحيب عند كل دخول و خروج فهم مدربين على ذلك
- الموقع يوصلك لكل ماتريد بقدميك ولاغلب المواقع السياحية وكذلك قريب جداً من محطة القطار تقريباً 10 دقائق
- الموظفين جميعهم ودودين
- الغرفة جميلة وواسعة وكذلك دورة المياه
- الوسائد مريحة والسرير
- لم احجز افطار
- الفندق هادي ومدروس و معزول تمام عن الغرف المجاورة بوضع اقمشة على الجدران تسحب الصوت
- اذا فيه اكثر من 10 او 5 نجوم او نقاط فهو يستاهل اكثر واكثر
- لم استطع اجد اي عيب لديهم فهو متكامل جداً

We stayed at Hotel Spadai and it exceeded my expectations. The hotel was spotless and the staff were amazing. On top of that, you cannot beat the location. If I return to Florence, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Staff were very helpful. Hotel is clean, breakfast and complementary mini bar are great. The location is prime since it’s walking distance to many places.

Absolutely wonderful hotel. Very very clean rooms. Terrific staff, breakfast and location. Easy to walk to restaurants and attractions and close to train station but not crazy busy in front of hotel. Thoughtful touches like welcome drink, umbrellas, complementary mini bar refreshed daily, robes and more. Would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Located near the Duomo, room 404 had a view of the top of the Duomo and other buildings, but very private placement in the building. King size bed, large jetted tub, small separate shower, A/C perfect, free minibar, awesome breakfast buffet, nightly apps with a drink at the hotel bar, friendly staff and service. My husband and I, 65 and 67 highly recommend!

First rate location and property. Great restaurant recommendations. 15 minute walk from all major attractions in Florence, 10 minute walk to the train station.
