You absolutely cannot beat the location!
Pros:

The location was fantastic. Taxi can come right to the front door for easy pickup and drop off. But walking to most of the city is easy. The Duomo is a block away. Restaurants and shops are just outside. Eatily is just down the block.

Pros:

We booked this property at the last minute and were very pleased with it! The staff was amazing and provided us with an upgraded room and even a breakfast to go bag as we had to check out very early! We will definitely stay here again.

We would stay there again every time we went back to Florence, it was beautiful and so wonderfully located
Pros:

The location was awesome as was the food for breakfast. The manager at the breakfast place was fantastic and Francesco at the bar was awesome as well.

Cons:

The room was very small for two people, and the shower door didn’t shut all the way, so you had a little bit of water on the floor, but the hotel was exceptional

Pleasant stay in the heart of it all
Pros:

Location was in the middle of all the main tourist attractions but that also made it a very busy place full of people. Great if you like that environment. The breakfast was great with lots of options. The staff was kind.

Cons:

I feel like it was a little overpriced.
