Pros:

Value for the money with a wonderful view without any disturbance.

Cons:

Parking is not well organised. Not using underground parking.

Pros:

Third time staying there.. we mostly stay here when we come to Colombo for work etc. Good food. Very polite staff.
Pool is very nice. Very closeby to other local restaurants & malls as well.

Cons:

When you arrange triple rooms, it's one double bed and a single bed. Whilst the double bed is the regular sturdy wooden one, the extra bed is a smaller, wobbly metal one. If the guest is of a large build it could be uncomfortable. I dont know if there's anything to be done about that but worth a mention.

Would be great if they can expand/improve the parking areas. When a large tourist bus or two comes it gets quite packed.

Very nice indeed
Pros:

Nice room for a nice price with a nice beachside view. Few food options close by as well. Staff was kind and check in was smooth, our flight was very late the next day so we were even allowed a later checkout time which we appreciated.

Cons:

Breakfast was not included with the room and I personally felt it was a bit expensive when I asked how much it will be.

Cons:

The butler was more nice to us than the reception. The bed was making noise and the room was not sound proof all conversation are audible. Overall I would say it’s not worth the price

Pros:

Sea view was the best Staff was very polite and helpful we stayed for 2 days InshaAllah next time i will book with same hotel for long time. 2 nd Morning we have to check out early by 6 am so they packed our breakfast while leaving they gave to us fruits sandwich etc..
