Very pleasant staff was helpful
Pros:

The bed was comfortable and the walk in shower was great. Location was very convenient,We went to a bas ball game and found good food around the hotel.

Convenient, affordable, close to lots, comfortable.

Cons:

Could provide a microwave and mini fridge in room would be nice. The shampoo is like paste. You need to provide something different. Left my hair like straw.

La ubicación, la atención del personal, las bicicletas gratis.

Cons:

Por la noche se escucha bastante ruido, en nuestro caso no fue un problema, pero si eres delicado con los ruidos, debes tenerlo en cuenta.

It was just Ok.
Pros:

We were there for a big concert. The going rate matched the high demand. I felt the hotel was very mid. Nothing fancy, nothing special. I’d equate it to like a travel lodge or holiday inn express. The rooms were extremely small the King size bed was practically up against the entrance door so anytime you opened the door you could see the person lying on the bed. Room was nice and cold, bed was comfortable, pillows weren’t. The elevator doesn’t work properly which they mentioned when we checked in. It takes forever to open and once inside takes forever to close and sometimes would half close two to three times before finally closing. I was disappointed for the price but kept saying “location, location, location.” Because that’s what you pay for the great location in Gaslamp and close to Petco. Staff was great very friendly and happy to help.

The elevator. The small room. The horrible toilet paper that was so thin.

Fantastic location and friendly, helpful staff. We needed to leave our bags for part of the day after checkout and they were extremely accommodating.

Zimmer sehr groß, Betten komfortabel, sehr sauber, relativ modern, super Lage

Cons:

Zimmer relativ dunkel trotz 3 großen Fenstern, Erdgeschoss mit Mauer vor den Fenstern. Parkplatzsituation chaotisch trotz mehrerer Parkhäuser in der Umgebung, waren ständig nicht zugänglich wegen Eventparking(Konzerte), andere Parkplätze meistens nicht ersichtlich, ob man über Nacht stehen bleiben darf, mussten teilweise 46 Minuten Fußweg weit weg parken, sehr stressig

Perfect location with small room for improvement
Pros:

Location was perfect, right downtown and close to everything. Very nice staff and incredibly clean.

Cons:

The AC unit in our room faced a desk and the bathroom, while the bedroom area was left without. It eventually cooled down in the room at night time, but during the daytime there was literally no airflow going towards the bed. We even requested a fan but were unable to get one. The coffee pot in the room had to run 6 times just to get one full cup of coffee out of it.
