We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights and thank you for providing complimentary slice of cake for my 2 little daughters and birthday cake too. Special thanks to pak Cepi the swimming pool attendant who provides exceptional service when we were at the pool. Every staff in the hotel are friendly and attentive. The room is spacious, clean and well maintained. Breakfast buffet has a lot of options and tasty. The lady in the kids’ club is super nice too. They also had cooking class on Sunday for kids which is lovely and thoughtful. Recommended hotel to stay in Bandung! Thank you Crowne Plaza 😇
Het was een erg mooi hotel met vriendelijke mensen. Het eten was heerlijk en goede kwaliteit prijs verhouding. Kamer was erg ruim!! Locatie perfect! Goede fitness, mooi zwembad.
Het enige dat was dat er wat ruikende lucht kwam uit het putje van de douche of in de badkamer. Maar deur van de badkamer dicht en dan had je er geen last van. De rest was zo goed dat het iets minimaals was in onze ogen.

Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, schone en ruime kamer, dichtbij het centrum, uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet met lekkere koffie.

Facilities are great. Location is good
- Executive lounge staff didnt proactively take our order when we were seated, didnt offer any drinks. Had to wait for longer than 30 minutes, we left and asked for the food to be delivered into our room. The food arrived 20 minutes later, the food was cold, the coffee was cold and one of the food, bubur ayam was missing. This is an embarassing service.
- On our second last night, we had issues with the electricity/switches in the room. At almost midnight, the duty manager helped us to change to another room. Appreciate the upgrade but it was still inconvenient to move to anothe room at almost midnight. Our 3 year old already slept, and we had to move.
Suited our needs perfectly. Staff very helpful and pleasant.

I was hesitant to book this hotel. However, the hotel staff were able to prove me wrong! We had a very wonderful stay. The hotel staff were very welcoming from the moment we arrived until we left.
The receptionist upgraded some of the rooms.
The room service team was outstanding. Take immediate action for requests, and paying extra caution for cleaning.
The hotel will be in my must stay again for future visits.
