I had a fabulous stay. I would rate the Bandung hotel as one of my best hotel stays. From the attentive staff, to the wonderful breakfast, to a spacious room that is tastefully decorated in marble, to a staff member who helped me with travel plans. I enjoyed the afternoon tea and the cocktail hour with a view looking towards the mountains. The door attendants were always very helpful about quickly securing me a taxi. The pool area is lovely and spacious. If people have a toddler child, there is even an attractive play area. My only regrets is that I and’s not have time to stay longer.

Shower is not working properly
Prachtig hotel met supervriendelijk personeel. De kamer was heel comfortabel en groot. Ontbijt was uitgebreid en lekker. We hebben genoten!

The traffic congestion ....
This hotel service is top notch. During check in, we were greeted by Febby, which recommended us various culinary spots in the city. Then we checked in and found that the bathtub’s water was full of dirt. When we complained, Satrio, the staff, responded swiftly by upgrading our room. This service quality alone deserves a five star.
Apart from the service, the hotel is located near many attractions spots such as Braga Street and Cihapit Market. The room is quite old but very spacious.
Overall, this is a 5/5 hotel particularly if you have many activities in the city centre.
Booking is easy, room is nice and comfortable.

房間內有股味道。梳妝台鏡子安裝過高，座位上看不到自己，需站起來才能看到自己臉，這是第一次在旅館內碰到此情況。
- No Smoking Area at evening. Only can get outside but there not even a chair to sit..
- Pool / Jakuzi close at 8pm why should it close so early
Disappointed from a 5 Star Hotel

Good place to stay.
Centrally located, walking distance to Braga St. Amazing and attentive staff. Awesome pool for swimming laps. Nice hot tub for post hikes or site seeing. Super exceptional staff. Had a last minute 6 am flight out of Halim Int'l so had to depart hotel at 230 am. Staff packed Togo breakfast with latte and basket of pastries. Amazing!!! Daily breakfast was also amazing with lots of choices.
It's gorgeous with a 10 ⭐ service team... What's there not to like. (Actually some of the guests are very rude and disrespectful to the staff... so have to watch entitled people being demanding)
Amazing staff, very pleasant, friendly, helpful. I was bit disappointed with breakfast selection, eggs had an unpleasant smell, am assuming they were not organic however my wife enjoyed the breakfast because they had good selection of Indonesian breakfast which she enjoys. Good value for money. I highly recommend this place.
Breakfast selection and eggs they served also their coffee beans were inferior quality, coffee wasn’t smooth was bitter. Hardly any salad selection, salad dressing almost didn’t exist. 5* hotel should have good quality Olive oil and vinegar, large fresh salad selection.
