Mooi hotel op een goede locatie met supervriendelijk en professioneel personeel!
Pros:

Het supervriendelijke en professionele personeel. Ze doen hun uiterste best om het naar je zin te maken en hebben onze persoonlijke voorkeuren onthouden voor het ontbijt. Dat vonden wij heel bijzonder en hebben dat nog niet meegemaakt bij andere hotels in Bandung.

Cons:

Dat de koelkast in de junior suite gekoppeld zit aan de hoofdschakelaar van het licht. Als je bij het verlaten van de suite het licht uitdoet, gaat de koelkast ook uit. Gezien dat je in het centrum zit met voldoende cafés dichtbij en wij ook toegang hadden tot de Exec. lounge voor gekoelde dranken vonden wij het onnodig hierover te klagen. Het is wel een verbeterpunt voor de toekomst bij het installeren van de electra.

Fantastisch, comfortabel, hygiënisch, heerlijk ontbijt… met alleen maar enthousiaste bediening

Een fantastisch hotel. We kregen een kamer upgrade. Enorm lieve en behulpzame mensen. Het lounge concept is een aanrader. Het ontbijt was enorm uitgebreid met een duidelijke indeling en alles zeer hygiënisch. Een goede locatie om Bandung te ontdekken.

Cons:

Alles was prima maar vanwege een verbouwing aan de hoofdingang moesten we het hotel via de keldergarage uit en binnengaan. Goed opgelost en de nieuwe hoofdingang zal het hotel nog mooier maken

Top locatie vlakbij Jl Braga.
Pros:

Het uitzicht vanaf de 19e verdieping was geweldig. Het ontbijt was fantastisch zoveel keuze in Indonesisch eten, echt genoten van de kwaliteit van het eten. 's Avonds ook in het restuarant Mozaic gegeten en dat was ook lekker en goed. Personeel is aardige en behulpzaam. Locatie is top, vlakbij Jl Braga.

Cons:

Je hoort het verkeer duidelijk in de kamer (ook 's nachts) dat is wat minder, maar ergens niet gek want het ligt aan een drukke straat.

The room was comfortable and cozy. Breakfast was nice and the staff are super friendly and make us feel very welcoming.

Cons:

Just a minor issue. Shower head needs to be clean and aware of the amenities because the shower gel bottle were empty for 2 days since the day of my arrival. Need to take the other bottle from the bath tub and bring to shower. The next day, staff put back the bottle but still in the shower still empty.
