Pros:

Balcony views and great location for us to reach the city.

Cons:

It was generally clean but we found that there was a lot of dust. Especially on the ceiling fan when we turned it on.

Noisy location, not walkable to coffee shops.
Pros:

Rare 3 bedroom apartment in Brisbane. Walking distance to river. Outdoor pool was nice.

Cons:

Noise from main road. No coffee shops nearby. Had to drive to supermarket or coffee. Walking distance to anything atleast 20 minutes. Gym was very basic.

We did enjoy our stay but the cleanliness of the floors needs attention

Location was great. Had everything we needed

Cons:

Floors were very sticky and quite dirty. We had to leave our shoes on otherwise our socks or bare feet went very dark

great spot for a relaxed quieter city break
Pros:

close to city without the hustle and bustle, its my second time staying here and i loved it just as much as the first time. its quiet, birds around make it feel alot less city, genuinely a great place to stay, good vibes close to ferry and buses, great pub just a short walk away and a little store for essentials super easy check in process, the staff are lovely and the rooms are very spacious and the bed is so comfy! also love how secure it is as well.

No aircon/fan in the x2 rooms, there is 1 desk fan only…can be too hot you need turn on the AC in the living room and open the doors to get cool air in…the floors and cabinets dusty, throw pillows stained.
