extremely kind and competent manager, hotel is in perfect position, parking lot behind the hotel

Cons:

within one day, seagulls did their work on my car; needed a wash (90 DKK). Maybe it's better to park nearer to the hotel, not to the open side?

Pros:

Friendly reception, late check-in was no problem. Got some hot water from the tea cooker at the reception.

Cons:

Furniture old, the other reviews are right that the old carpet floor is not very nice. Window blinds difficult to use. Slightly weird smell in the room. Bathroom walls were not clean, but bathroom otherwise perfectly usable. It's not a comfortable vacation stay, but fine for staying a night.

Great location for visiting the castle ruins - good clean anc comfortable accommodation.
Pros:

Great location across from castle ruins. Accommodation was clean and comfortable. Able to lock tandem securely in garage.

Cons:

No kettle in room but there was one available in the shared foyer area.
