Pros:

The staff is always beyond nice. They are always quick to offer help carrying your bags. There is free breakfast, free parking, and you cannot beat the view .

Don't stay here, the location is not worth $325 per night.

The location was great, right on the beach!

Cons:

Be prepared to take a cold shower and park your car in a sketchy alley (for only $39 more lol). Although I let it run for a half hour, the water never got hot. Also, I paid an extra $39 for parking and a bagel. Not great!

Pros:

We were on road trip and had no reasonable options to spend a night so fell for it to just to sleep. Else I wouldn’t even give a look at it. Building is poorly maintained, stinks, full of dust and no reasonable breakfast even if it says continental breakfast. Staff don’t speak English so difficult to communicate or make them understand what we want. I could avoid this review but we paid $300 for a night since nothing else was available. On a normal occasion, I wouldn’t even pay $50 for it. Served our purpose to spend a night but not a pleasant experience

Should have know what to expect when first amenity listed was toilet paper.
Pros:

Loaction was close to concert venue. Parking was safe and free. Checkin area was clean.

Cons:

Room was smaller than expected. Couldn't fully open sofabed. When we did get it partially open mattress was dirty. It looked like dirt and crumpled tissue all over. There were no sheets for the sofabed. There was supposed to be 2 queen beds, but they were full/double beds. Still had to climb over the corner of one of the beds to get to sofabed and bathroom. View was supposed to be Oceanview. Could barely see the ocean. Had to go onto balcony and look over the roof between the buildings to see the beach. The roof area smelled of urine and trash so couldn't open the door for air. Only supplied 2 bathtowels, 4 washcloths and no handtowels. Rooms used an actual key.
