Pros:

I would first like to mention Yasin at the reception, who was incredibly professional, kind, and friendly. I had a last-minute change of plans and needed to check out at 1 a.m., and he immediately helped me arrange a taxi and made sure it arrived quickly. I truly appreciated his efficiency and kindness.

The room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable, and we slept very well. The hotel is also conveniently located just a few steps from Osmanbey.

Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and was especially impressed by the excellent service. Thank you, Yasin, for your great hospitality!

The hotel is located just a few steps away from Osmanbey and about a 1 km walk from Cevahir Mall, which is very convenient.

Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend the hotel.
