Nice Boutique Hotel with a friendly and helpful staff at a great location. Very good breakfast as well.
Pros:

The staff, “Yeyo” at the front desk and Okan were excellent. Always helpful and friendly.

We had a couple issues and they immediately took care of them (always with a smile)
The lady that did our room every morning was also SUPER nice & friendly (sorry we forgot her name but we jokingly call her Medusa because of her tattoo 😁) Yeyo gave us great suggestions for things to do we and we did most of them as well as tours. Okan provided us with a Metro Card which made it very helpful to get around the city. The fact that the metro station Ossmanbay was just around the corner was very convenient.
We had a nice size room that included a nice balcony as well as a very large shower.
The daily Complete breakfast was excellent as well as the service provided by everyone at the restaurant including Room Service.
The City’s Mall (on the same street) was only a 15 minutes walk. Overall we had a great experience.
Thank you 🙏 very much. Hope to comeback in the near future 😏

Cons:

The carpets on the Halls on our floor need to be cleaned or replaced, as well as the area carpet in the bedroom (we actually asked them to remove ours) No smart TV or Cable

It's a very good choice if you're okay with sleeping at night with the windows closed.
Pros:

The room and the hotel overall have an excellent design in an aristocratic style, with all the facilities being new. The breakfast was great. The staff responded quickly and effectively to all my requests. There is a green line metro (subway) station nearby, which provides quick access to the main attractions.

Cons:

The hotel is located near a large street with heavy traffic at all hours. At night, I had to close the windows to avoid the noise from below. However, I think this is an issue for any hotel located in the center of a huge metropolis like Istanbul.

Thank you all! All the staff were respectful at reception, in the cafe, and in cleaning the rooms. This is my second time staying at this hotel i my room 201 . The room is fantastic, beautifully Victorian-style, and the cleanliness is excellent. The food is delicious. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Kahvaltıda ağzımızdan uzun saçlar çıktı ekmeğin içinden. Odamızda yerler, yatak, duvarlar her yer kadın saçlarıyla doluydu. Tam bir felaket ayağımızı yere basıyoruz ayağımızın altına saç telleri yapışıyor. Banyoda duvarlar saç telleri ile dolu. Ama son nokta kahvaltıda ağzımızdan çıkan saç telleri oldu. Hiç tavsiye etmiyorum bu paraya böyle rezalet olamaz. Kahvaltıda ekmek bitiyor isteyince koskoca otelde ekmeyin kalmadığı söylendi. Zaten tüylü ekmekler

I just love Arcade Hotel. This is my second time there, and I don't think I will stay at any other hotel in Istanbul. The hotel is clea, the food in the breakfast is good, the breakfast hours are long, the staff are very nice and friendly. I want to thank Murat from the bottom of my heart for his help. He went out of his way actually to help us.
The location alone is great, just a few steps from Osmanbey metro station (Rumeli exit) connecting to almost everywhere, right in Nişantaşi where you can find everything and walk, shop, and eat. I love this place. The bed was comfortable and all amenities available.
