Pros:

The location was excellent and very convenient. The customer service was outstanding—everyone was friendly, helpful, and professional. The breakfast was also very good and offered a nice variety

Cons:

I was very disappointed with my stay. The bathroom had a terrible smell that was so strong I couldn't sleep properly. The photos online are misleading—the property looks much newer and nicer in the pictures than it does in reality. In person, the place is old, poorly maintained, and did not meet my expectations. I would not stay here again unless significant improvements are made.

La Ubicación y la atención de AYOUB, una persona que realmente sabe como se atiende un turista, Gracias.

En realidad había estado en otras ocasiones en Marruecos pero nunca me había alojado en un Riad y mi experiencia personal no fue buena. nuestra habitación estaba en el tercer piso de la casa y todo por escaleras muy pronunciadas. Si bien es cierto que nuestra habitación tenía una hermosa terraza con vistas a la Alcazaba donde desayunamos, subir y bajar esas escaleras es muy duro. Además dentro de la habitación para ir al baño también había escaleras y eso es muy incómodo. Cuando digo que no volvería a alojarme aquí no hablo de este Riad en Particular, sino que no volvería a ningún Riad.

La ubicación es muy cómoda, cerca de la entrada a la Medina por lo que el recorrido con la maleta es corto. El personal muy amable y las instalaciones bien conservadas, con Aire Acondicionado y WIFi. Las camas cómodas y la habitación amplia.
