Cons:

Bonjour, tout d’abord nous sommes rester environ 20min à attendre dans l’accueil avec plusieurs tentatives d’appel et d’envoie de message ici sur booking pour annoncer notre arrivée. Nous sommes arrivés en plein milieu d’après-midi avec des sacs et une forte chaleur et attendre en vain était vraiment frustrant. Le lit n’est pas du tout confortable, nous avions du mal à dormir la nuit avec bcp de bruit que ca soit a l’extérieur de la rue ( chose que nous comprenons) mais aussi dans l’hôtel au niveau de la terrasse er des parties communes. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel à mon entourage et n’y reviendrai pas

Great location, fantastic breakfast and beautiful rooftop to admire the beauty of Chefchaouene! There was a small mishap with the shower head, but the staff appreciated that we tried to fix it. Room was a generous size.

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer mit direktem Zugang zur Dachterrasse, ein sehr gutes Frühstück und dass zu einem wirklich fairen Preis

Cons:

War auch mit Navi etwas schwer zu finden.

Das Riad war einfach nur schön. Hell und freundlich. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit dem Zugang zur Terrasse, noch eine Etage höher waren noch Lounge Sessel. Tolle Aussicht, sehr gutes Frühstück. Sehr nettes Personal.

They lindly upgraded at no extra cost our room to the second floor, which was much nicer than the rooms at the entrance.

Cons:

Some things needed a bit more maintenance (some sockets didn’t work, shower head)

Pros:

La struttura ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative, soprattutto il personale cordialissimo, sempre a disposizione, ci hanno organizzato transfer e guida in italiano. La sera in cui siamo arrivate eravamo stanche per il viaggio e abbiamo chiesto se era possibile cenare nella loro splendida terrazza, cena super! Ottima anche la colazione con pane e marmellatine, uova, succo d'arancia e caffè/tè. Un grazie particolare a Otan che ha soddisfatto con grande gentilezza ogni nostra richiesta. Struttura super consigliata!

Welcoming, great location, and hospitable staff - but a sore back from the beds.

Noise from other guests echoes easily, beds were like rocks, no room cleaning/making for stay - makes it tricky for a longer stay.

Cons:

La biancheria del letto non era stata cambiata, le lenzuola erano sporche e strappate. Il coprimaterasso era a dir poco indecente. Abbiamo segnalato la cosa e ci hanno portato la biancheria di ricambio non stirata e praticamente raggomitola chi ci siamo cambiati in autonomia. La struttura è autogestita da più persone che si danno il cambio ma nessuna delle quali ha dimostrato di avere le opportune competenze. La, porta del bagno non si chiudeva e lo scarico della doccia era completamente intasato.
