A very comfortable and enjoyable stay with excellent service, friendly staff, and great facilities
Pros:

From the moment we arrived until our last day, everything was excellent. The reception team was very helpful and welcoming
Mohamed at the reception was especially helpful and gave us great recommendations and useful advice during our stay. We also had a very positive experience with everyone in the breakfast area, rooftop, and other hotel services

The breakfast was complete, fresh, high-quality, and had a good variety of options. We also really enjoyed the rooftop events in the evenings, which added a nice atmosphere to our stay

Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the bathroom was also large and very clean. The shower had strong water pressure, and we had no problems with hot or cold water. Room service and housekeeping were excellent as well. The lady who took care of our room was particularly kind, friendly, and always welcoming

Having parking available was also a great advantage for us

One of the worst days at a hotel in my entire life and travel around the world for 40 years

Aza at the front desk
Handled my check-in and was extremely rude and Did not introduce me or inform me about anything in the hotel. I asked her to send someone helping me with my luggage and she refused. I laid around found out there are four bell boys and security/captains who are waiting to serve guests with luggage
Most importantly there is a nightclub on the top level of the hotel that kept me awake every single night. Loud music was rattling the whole building until 4:00 a.m. every night. That was never disclosed about the hotel nor does it fit the facility and specifically the name of it. I did not sleep throughout my entire stay.
I spent the last night sitting in the lobby wide awake until check out time
The rooms are much smaller than the pictures on sites and very claustrophobic.

Séjour trop bien, je recommande fortement cet établissement
Pros:

La grandeur de la chambre et le lit très confortable, la gentillesse du personnels et la propreté du lieu…petit déjeuner à la hauteur du quatre étoiles…

Cons:

Le son trop élevé dans le restaurant de 6ème étage,difficile de discuter à table…
