Pros:

Le petit-déjeuner était parfait avec de superbe produits et un menu très complet avec un bon rapport qualité prix.
La brasserie était succulente, les plats étaient super bien maîtrisés (je vous conseille fortement la truite).
Et enfin le personnel qui nous fait sentir chez nous, des personnes extrêmement chaleureuses qui se soucient réellement de votre séjour.

Despite its five stars this is no way a five star Relais Chateau hotel. The cost does not mirror the service provided.
Pros:

The setting and our room.

Cons:

Service in bistro not up to 5* standard. Limited menu. Plates not cleared and service very slow. Smoking permitted whist diners eating…unacceptable! Hotel could ban this if they chose to as do so many other establishments with terraces. Closing curtains in a room does not constitute a turn down service. Soap and shampoo bottles not filled.

An exceptional place to stay!
Pros:

We had a fantastic stay at the Domaine. The service was excellent. They looked after us so well. Very attentive and very personal, like we were staying in someone's house. We especially loved the breakfast which was of the highest level and served with such care and attention by the gentleman running the breakfast room. Everyone working there was so sweet and professional. The grounds were beautiful, the rooms brand new and super comfy and elegantly restored. And it is only 7 minutes drive away from the medieval city of Carcassonne. All in all we had a fantastic two days staying there and highly recommend it as a place to stay while visiting Carcassonne. Thank you very much to everyone at the hotel!

Nous avons passé 2 jours au Domaine d'Auriac, trop courts, mais exceptionnels, dans un écrin de verdure. Depuis l'accueil par la propriétaire des lieux, son souci constant de notre confort et de notre satisfaction, jusqu'au dîner au restaurant gastronomique, en passant par l'aménagement et la déco des chambres, la piscine, l'ambiance générale, la nature magnifique, tout était parfait, avec ce petit quelque chose en plus qui nous a fait nous sentir "à la maison".

Lovely , felt very looked after by the lovely staff.
Pros:

Charming hotel, we loved our stay, great customer service, and dinner at the restaurant was very good! Highly recommended!
Perhaps my only observation would be to modernice the pool area , the pool is lovely but the terrace could be a lot nicer!

Très bon séjour
Pros:

Tout était parfait. Le domaine est très agréable pour se détendre et passer un bon moment à Carcassonne. Il y a à la fois le confort d'une chambre moderne, avec le charme d'une bâtisse historique.

Superb location for a break from the hurly burly world
Pros:

The location is suerb for a quit break witin a yaxo ride of spectacular historic sites.
The hotel is very friendly with pool andvsuperb grounds
It isvcalm not full of livly bars and entertainment.

The food including breakfast is delightful, but not low cost.

It's up to you to decide
Pros:

The welcome and staff were second to none, simply excellent. We were given a room upgrade and the bedroom was beautiful with a super comfy bed and quality bedding.
The gastronomic restaurant served superb food and a delightful house cocktail.

Cons:

Although this is a beautiful chateaux we felt the bathrooms would benefit from some modernisation.
Taps with better temperature control and because the bath is a short one it would be much improved by a quality walk in shower in its place and a better shower fixing.
There was only a,coffee machine with espresso cups in the room so not possible to make a cup of tea.
Also the charging in the restaurant was very keen!
There was nothing on the daily menu for a vegetarian main course, so I was then charged full a la carte prices for selecting the only vegetarian dish they had to go with a starter and dessert from the daily menu. To squeeze the last drop is not the way to win hearts.

La residencia es hermosa

Cons:

La falta de renovación del edificio, ausencia de calidez del personal (excepto la señorita que nos atendió en el desayuno) y escasez de confort del mobiliario generan una gran decepción, pues
adolecen del sello de máxima calidad de tan prestigiosa asociación a la que pertenece (relais & chateau)

Hotel obsoleto, decepcionante, impropio de la cadena Relais Chateau, y del precio cobrado, necesita urgentemente una remodelacion. Las instalaciones y el confort no acompañan al lugar
