We had planned to return in Sept., but you were booked solid (not surprised)--kudos from Canada!
Pros:

Our room was small but well laid out. We were pleasantly surprised by how quiet the area was given it's only a block off major roads & only two blocks from the metro! We appreciated the 24-hour reception desk staffed by English speakers & luggage storage since we arrived several hours before check-in. We also enjoyed being so close to Sacre Coeur (only a ten-minute walk away).

Excellent hotel for those looking to do Paris on a budget
Pros:

Very clean, helpful and kind staff, practical

Cons:

immediate surroundings of the hotel are not super nice. Some homeless, trash, abandoned building across from hotel.

Séjour toujours aussi agréable et calme. Un accueil chaleureux et attentionné, Un personnel aux petits soins, attentif, chaleureux et toujours disponible. ambiance presque familiale, des chambres confortables et un petit déjeuner à la française, simple, frais et agréable. On s’y sent bien, presque comme à la maison. C’est toujours un plaisir d’y revenir.

Prima voor een paar nachten
Pros:

Vriendelijk personeel en kamers zagen er schoon uit, bedden lagen lekker!

Cons:

Het ontbijt was niet zoals ik had gehoopt. We moesten gaan zitten en kregen daar ieder een chocolade broodje, croissant en een stukje stokbrood. Het stokbrood was heel erg taai en kreeg je bijna niet gescheurd. Je kreeg een kleine jam en boter maar verder geen beleg of dergelijk. Drinken was een sapje en koffie, maar kwam voor ons over als we vroegen om een refill dat dat niet echt de bedoeling was? Vond het een beetje een karig ontbijt en zaten er dus niet echt vol van. Dus deze zou ik niet aanraden.
De straten in de omgeving van het hotel is echt geen plek om alleen/ met een paar meiden in het donker te lopen. Wij zijn achterna gezeten door raar volk. Maar hier kan het hotel niks aan doen

Horrible location. You are in the hood. No air conditioning, no fridge, microwave, hair conditioner or shampoo, and uncomfortable room.

Really can't say much, as we were there for only for the night to sleep for a few hours.
Pros:

Espwcially the recwption staff was very polite & helpfull.

Cons:

There could have been atleast one big bottle of water for each of the guest at the least.
