Hotel molto carino in centro, di fronte alla stazione e vicino alla spiaggia principale. Ottima e attenta la pulizia, camera dotate di tutti i confort. Sicuramente tornerei

La ubicación y la televisión con muchos canales. Poco más se puede destacar.
Había arañas en la habitación, el espejo roto, la pared hundida y lo del parking es un horror tienes que ir a recoger unas llaves para poder abrir y luego en lugar de abrirte ellos o acompañarte tienes que preocuparte tú de devolverlas y volver al hotel con el coche. Y todo esto con un precio de 165€ por noche.
Staff friendly and helpful, location suited us as we had a train to get the next morning. And St Jean de Luz is such a lovely place.

Reception staff was extremely helpful and actually waited for us to arrive before leaving, she even accompanied us in our car to make sure we found the parking. Very helpful and kind receptionist.
Parking fees were double what we expected.

Fantastic location. Just yards away from both railway station and underground car park (hotel has reserved spaces for discounted rate). Room very comfortable but quite small. Breakfast available for modest amount and more than adequate. Would definitely use this hotel again. St Jean de luz a quite beautiful resort and we regretted our stay was so short as we primarily used it as an easy way to visit San Sebastian by train.
