Très bel hôtel au coeur de Madrid
Pros:

Excellent accueil, très bon emplacement, taille et aménagement de la chambre parfaits, excellent petit déjeuner, calme

Cons:

Prix excessif (sans doute dû au WE de grand prix de F1 à Madrid)

Recomento o hotel, indico sem medo de errar. Pretendo voltar.
Pros:

A localização do Hotel é excelente, exatamente na Gran Via, perfeito.
O café da manhã oferece diversos tipos de pães, presuntos, ovos, sucos, bolos, iogurte, queijos, cereais, entre outros, tudo muito saboroso.
A acústica do quarto é muito boa, o barulho da Gran Via não interfere, a vedação das janelas funcionam.
A cama, assim como os travesseiros são bastantes confortáveis.
O hotel é muito limpo e bem cuidado, as instalações funcionam perfeitamente.

Cons:

Nada a reclamar.

Great location, friendly staff, clean and comfortable hotel.
Pros:

Great choice at breakfast. Excellent location. Friendly helpful staff who dealt with any issues we had.

Cons:

We had a room on the front of the hotel and there was a lot of mouse throughout the night.

Amazing location. Also Vanessa was amazing. Also large room.

Cons:

Large room and AC did not get cold. I was told it's because it was on auto but even switching settings it didn't get below 26 Celsius.

Disappointing experience, would not stay again for that price.
Pros:

Location, staff and breakfast was very good.

Cons:

The price is too high considering the qualities. Lobby and rooms are small and uncomfortable. Furniture and furnishings are worn out, everything looks old. Feels like in an apartment rather than a hotel. Air conditioning was not working properly. The hotel needs a serious renovation to justify its price. Its price is twice its value.

Amazing!
Pros:

Location was super close to train station! We only took a bus and fewer stops later, we were there. We really liked it! Hotel was super easy to locate and staff real nice! We also liked the room, it was super comfy to stay. The Hotel is in the city center, in such a cool street with a lot of options to go! Totally recommend!

Cons:

We have nothing to complain!
