Pros:

Room and hall decor fantastic. Fitness room, pool and sauna were absolutely great. I would definitely stay there again.

Cons:

Nothing, really. Liked the music theme, although the decor in the hotel's lowermost floors were a bit "over the top", Las Vegas-style.

Room-Well stocked, clean & comfy-Could use better lighting & freezer doesn't keep food frozen but, very well stocked & clean & very comfy!

Cons:

Parking-Nobody has any business bldg public facilities like Jag w/o providing ample FREE parking! The cost of the room & entertainment should include free parking for paying guests. Arrived 2hrs pre-show & no parking left! Had to drive to another area to park for $42!!!

Check In/Out-Exile bldg should have a front desk so guests don't have to go across to the other bldg. While checking in (1st time there), the gentleman on the desk told me where our room was, different restaurants, etc. However, I couldn't understand most of what he was saying because he was foreign, thick accent, soft spoken & a lot of background noise. I wasn't concerned as I've stayed in plenty of hotels & have never had a problem finding my room. We had to go back downstairs after dragging all the luggage upstairs because we couldn't find our room. Come to find out that it was because we weren't in the right bldg!

Key Card-Was bringing more luggage to the room alone & my card wouldn't work. Not due to a tech error but because it wasn't activated! They gave us 2 cards & activated 1. So you can understand my frustration, standing there getting an AMBER light w/instructions indicating there'll be a green light when it unlocks & a red light requires assistance. Nothing about an amber light. Dragged the luggage back downstairs, went to the desk, got cards properly activated & dragged everything back up. Note: going up/downstairs includes getting 1 elevator halfway up/down, walk across pedway, get 2nd elevator to our floor & walk right to the other end to our room.

Dining-Zimmy's, on-site restaurant was very disappointing. I've NEVER sent food back at all, nevermind a club sandwich!!! It's hard to believe you can make a club taste bad! They removed it from my bill & I got some snacks at Irving around the corner.

Miscellaneous-Room a bit dark. More lighting would be great.
