Beautiful and lively
Pros:

Beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of downtown with easy access to restaurants and events. Loved our room as we got a corner with harbor views. Wish we could have stayed longer but already planning on coming back!

Fun hotel in the heart of St. Johns! So much personality for a hotel of this size, highly recommend
Pros:

This hotel is so fun and interesting and is really a great option if you are looking for a one of a kind stay! The staff are very helpful and kind and you are greeted with a smile no matter what time of the day or night! The location is fantastic, not even a 5 minute walk from the main drag of st. Johns. I have seen reviews saying this hotel is over the top and tacky but I absolutely do not agree! The room I stayed in, and the hotel on a whole, while decorated with a bit more fun and whimsy than your typical boring hotel, was exceptionally clean and had a level of quality that I really appreciated - the room was serviced regularly and a turn down service every evening was a nice touch! Also the bed was so comfortable I really got a wonderful sleep every night! I really do recommend this hotel to anyone who likes things out of the ordinary - even walking around looking at the decor was one of the highlights of my trip! If you like the typical snooze-fest you'd normally find in a hotel this size, maybe give it a skip instead of booking and then leaving a negative review based on personal preferences! But if you like fun (and so many photo ops if you are so inclined), I would really consider checking this place out!

Cons:

There wasnt really anything I didnt like! Do make sure you listen to the person checking you in when they direct you to your floor because it can be confusing the first time you navigate between the towers with luggage. That's not a negative at all, just something to keep in mind!

Pros:

Personnel très agréable. Chambres propres et hôtel bien placé à Saint John's pour découvrir la ville à pieds. La déco et l'ambiance musicale sont sympas.

Cons:

Chambre donnant côté rue, vue containers, très très bruyante, y compris la nuit. La piscine n'était accessible avec des enfants que deux heures par jour, le matin, ce qui n'était pas du tout pratique. D'une façon générale, l'hôtel paraît privilégier une partie de sa clientèle, plus âgée. Le petit-déjeuner ne peut être pris qu'à un tarif prohibitif (plus de 100$/ jour pour une famille de 4) et de préférence en réservant. Enfin, il faut aussi rajouter le prix du parking, avec valet. Bout à bout, l'hôtel lorsqu'il est réservé avec Booking, ne vaut pas le coup. Nous ne reviendrons pas et nous déconseillons aux familles.

Pros:

Art work on the walls of musicians from the 60's and 70's were just amazing.
The service was excellent and very friendly.

Amazing hotel experience, not to be missed! 5 big stars!
Pros:

Loved everything about this hotel! Super clean, amazing staff, but oh my - the decor! Out of this world! Hands down, the BEST hotel we have ever stayed in! If you are a music lover, pack your bags. It's also very close to Water and George Street, so you can leave your car parked and walk around.

Wonderful stay!
Pros:

Everything about this property was top notch. We had an amazing, albeit short, stay at the Jag. Had a beautiful suite overlooking the harbour and Signal Hill right from the couch in the room. Staff was attentive and friendly. Food was amazing. Ambiance 10/10. Would highly recommend!

Nothing I can think of.
