Große Zimmer und nah der Bahnstation
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe der Bahnstation. Viele Pendler fahren die Strecke nach Tokyo hinein. 100 m vom Hoteleingang entfernt befindet sich ein Lebensmittelgeschäft mit einer guten Auswahl an Gerichten zu einem sehr fairen Preis. Das Zimmer war für japanische Verhältnisse groß. Es handelt sich um keinen Touristenhotspot, deshalb findet man hier eher ein typisch japanische Umfeld.

Cons:

Das Frühstücksangebot war sehr japanisch, aber variantenreich.

清掃スタッフの皆様に感謝♡
Pros:

連泊(23泊)での宿泊。部屋の掃除の時間は10〜15時の間と言われたが、直接清掃スタッフに聞いてみたら、快くこちらの希望を受けて下さった事。
また、外食ばかりでは飽きがきてしまうので、お惣菜を買ってきて食べた際のゴミも沢山出ていたと思います。それも綺麗に片付けてくれていました。
そして何より、足のキズから時々出血をしてしまっていたのも気が付いて下さって綺麗なシーツに交換して頂けました。

本当に　有り難う御座いましたm(_ _)m

良かった内容に紐付くのですが、フロントスタッフと清掃スタッフの連携がなされていない点。
フロント側では「ご希望通りの時間に清掃には入れない！こちらからしたら、あまり良い印象は持てませんでした。
清掃スタッフ側では、きっと・・「お客様のニーズに応えてあげたい。」
という気持ちからなのか、希望の時間に清掃に入って頂けた。
このようなちぐはぐなところ！
連携が取れていたら、一番最初のフロントの答えも違っていただろうし、良い印象を持てたかもしれません。
