Niet voor herhaling vatbaar
Pros:

Bij aankomst zag de accommodatie er op het eerste oog prima uit. Wat vooral goed beviel, was het ontbijt dat direct vers voor ons werd klaargemaakt. Daarnaast vonden we de pooltafel een leuke toevoeging.

Cons:

De villa is naar onze mening niet praktisch ingedeeld. Er zijn twee open woongedeeltes met in het midden een zwembad, wat voor onze groep niet ideaal en bovendien niet erg veilig was. Vooral de slaapkamer boven vonden wij vanwege de situatie minder geschikt voor kinderen. Daarnaast hing er in de villa overal een onaangename lucht.

We hebben aangegeven dat deze situatie voor onze groep niet ideaal was, maar de eigenaar heeft helaas geen moeite gedaan om hier iets aan te veranderen of een oplossing te bieden. Hierdoor hebben we na twee overnachtingen besloten om een andere accommodatie te zoeken.

Great value for money VERY cute! Will stay again!
Pros:

Such a cute hotel in an excellent location with fantastic staff! Great aircon! Loved the pool room view & all the cute details. The gym was handy! POool beautiful! The bath was such a treat it filled up fast too! Great great hotel

Run-down, noisy, and management did nothing about it, avoid
Pros:

I was sceptical of this place before booking, and I couldn't regret staying here more.

Cons:

Be careful, this is a run-down building with a cheap reno that's already ageing, rusting fixtures in the rooms, doors that don't close properly, basically an overpriced backpackers.

For 3 nights in a row, other guests were out drinking and being loud in the common area outside my room at 3-4am. Security did nothing on their own to resolve this, night after night, despite the noise happening in a central area of the property where it should have been obvious. I'm sure the property will respond saying they've "reviewed procedures," but I doubt anything will change.

After 4 nights at the hotel, I left 4 nights early because I hadn't slept properly for 3 of them. The property itself admits I was kept up and that their security didn't manage the noise, yet they still refused to refund the 4 nights I didn't stay. They also claim they "offered an upgrade," but there are no upgrades in this building, I already had their best room, and I specifically didn't want one facing into the central common area to avoid exactly this kind of noise.

If you want to sleep, do not stay here.

A good hotel on a budget
Pros:

Room overall and location were good.

Cons:

The shower water was leaking out on the bathroom floor.
The pool had little sun, as it was inside the hotel. The roof top was ok, but only a small pool. The roof top can use more lounge chairs

Great stay
Pros:

Had a great stay. Place was in the heart of Seminyak and was super close to everything. 5 min walk to the beach. Plenty of restaurants nearby and places to go out in the evening. Wifi was great. The rooftop was good too, if you want to chill with a drink. Staff were nice and attentive. Awesome place to stay

Only the location was good.

Cons:

Room in horrible condition, super dirty , whitout light , dark even during the day.
Air conditioner dont work.
We book a room with balcony they give us room whitout and we have to complain to get what we book.
When they finally give us the right room we find everything super dirty and super hot.

We supposed to stay 2 night but we leave after the first night cause they make our a stay with a baby 2 year old with us, horrible and just very stressful and they dont even refunded our money.

Pros:

The bar and restaurant were really nice and the roof top pool area was nice.
We only stayed one night. The pop art is cool.
We stayed in the 2 bed room apartment. Very cool industrial vibe.

Cons:

Its not that i didn't like it, internal corridors were very dark. The doors would slam shut, which was loud through the night with people coming and going.
