Staff. Good communication
It is advertised as 4 star, so my expectations are 4 stars.the hotel knew we will arrive late, there was a mini fridge but not even a bottle of water left for us. All the shops were closed that time. Breakfast very basic. Hot items like bacon and sausage looked like left for hours. Croissants were not replenished. Juice from the machine worse than water with squash.price high for what it was offered

A localização foi o ponto mais positivo da estadia, sendo prática e conveniente.
Para um hotel apresentado como sendo de 4 estrelas, a experiência ficou muito aquém do esperado. O hotel apresentava fotografias e informação sobre um spa, mas o spa não estava a funcionar e não fomos informados disso antes da chegada. Durante a estadia, os lençóis não foram mudados; só foram trocados depois de eu próprio os retirar e deixar enrolados. As toalhas também não eram devidamente mudadas e algumas encontravam-se manchadas. Considero que a limpeza e o serviço de quartos não corresponderam de todo ao nível esperado de um hotel de 4 estrelas. A situação foi tão desagradável que tive de sair uma noite antes do previsto.
The employees are very polite, everything is very clean and organised. We checked out at 10:30 and they let us store our bags and take a shower in an attached bathroom at the end of the day, because our flight was only at night. With that we could enjoy the beach all day and return to the hotel even though our stay was ended in the morning.
The employee Gabriel who served us at breakfast gave a show of sympathy and politeness. We really like the hotel in general. Air conditioning working very well.
Breakfast is not very varied and few options. We realised that the cakes were the same for 4 days and were not tasty / fresh.
I read a comment here before I went to inform you that they didn't repase what ended up. In our case, everything was replaced, including the croissant every day.
L’hotel è a 10 minuti dal porto, intorno ha fast food e diversi supermercati. Ti danno la chiave e si può entrare h24 senza passare dalla reception.
Onestamente non è un 4 stelle. Le porte non si chiudono bene (sia balcone che porta principale),il mini frigo stessa cosa e non è particolarmente freddo. Abbiamo dovuto chiedere noi il cambio giornaliero degli asciugamani e non mi sembravano così puliti. Il bagno da rivedere: c’era un coso rotto nel muro, la tavoletta in obliquo. La tv vecchia come l’arredamento. Direi passabile per dormire, non sto dicendo che mi sono trovata male, ma non è sicuro un 4 stelle. Non vedo telecamere nei corridoi, che dovrebbero esserci essendo che per accedere alle camere non si passa dalla reception e può entrare chiunque.
