Pros:

El personal muy amable tanto recepcionistas como personal del comedor, habitación tranquila y limpia

Cons:

La prima camera proposta era un sottano senza gli standard necessari per essere una camera di hotel, oltretutto ragnatele e muffa di risalita sui muri. La camera in sostituzione, pur avendo una bella vista, presentava con un odore persistente di scarichi domestici, cuscini durissimi ed solo uno per ciascuno.

Mi sono trovato molto bene. L’hotel è comodo, vicino al centro di Olbia, quindi facile da raggiungere e perfetto per muoversi a piedi. Camera pulita e personale gentile, Lo consiglio

Non saprei dire. Mi sarei aspettato più accoglienza, più professionalità del personale, meno approssimazione. In poche parole un altro tipo di struttura. Non riprenoterei la camera.

Cons:

Arriviamo dopo tre ore di moto sotto il sole cocente e non troviamo acqua nel frigo. Scendo in reception e l'unica spiegazione plausibile che sanno darmi è " una scelta aziendale" come se qualche bottiglietta di acqua precedentemente non pagata avesse fatto fallire i proprietari. INAUDITO. Protesto. L'impiegato rimane imbarazzato. Pago e risalgo tutto trapelato. Faccio la doccia, apro l'anta e mi rimane in mano. Sganciata dalla sua sede. Rimetto a posto. Stanco, mi adagio sul letto ma scopro che le tende non chiudono completamente gli spiragli di luce che entrano dalla porta finestra che da' su un terrazzino visibile da altri ospiti. Insomma un disastro. Sconsigliatissimo.
