Ξεπέρασε τις προσδοκίες μας!! Το καλύτερο μέρος για χαλάρωση και αποτοξίνωση.
Pros:

Η τοποθεσία ήταν μαγική, ένα μέρος ιδανικό για χαλάρωση. Το προσωπικό ήταν άψογο όπως και η καθαριότητα!! Μείναμε πάρα πολύ ευχαριστημένοι από ολεσ τις παροχές και το spa. Ξανά βρήκαμε τον εαυτό μας σε αυτό το μέρος και σίγουρα θα επιστρέψουμε!!! * Το πιάνο τα απογεύματα απλά μαγικό.

Sehr gepflegte und moderne Anlage in ruhiger Lage, Wellness-Bereich ist super!
Frühstücksbuffet war ausreichend und alles sehr lecker. :)

Cons:

Gibt leider keine Klimaanlage und keinen Wasserkocher oder ähnliches im Zimmer.
Für die Sauberkeit ist Teppichboden ungeeignet.

Pros:

Die Unterkunft hat eine ruhig Lage etwas außerhalb von Karlsbad. Auf den ersten Blick schaut das Hotel sehr ansprechend aus, ebenso die Zimmer. Das Personal war stets freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer lässt an einigen Stellen zu wünschen übrig. Es ist sehr abgewohnt. Das Buffet-Abendessen ist es nicht wert und man sollte lieber nochmal einen kleiner Weg auf sich nehmen um außerhalb zu essen. Sämtliches Essen wird mit Dill gewürzt und schmeckt ansonsten sehr gleich und fade. Die Getränkeauswahl war auch sehr beschränkt. Das Frühstück ist ebenfalls nicht empfehlenswert. Es waren zwei Kaffeemaschinen vorhanden und beide waren nicht funktionstüchtig. Das Brot zum Frühstück war das selbe, welches es auch am Vorabend zum Abendbrot gab.
Der Hundeplatz ist eine nette Idee aber sollte auch etwas gepflegt werden. Die Hindernisse waren defekt und der Weg dort hin ging durch hohes Gras.
Der Pool ansich war in Ordnung, jedoch waren die Duschen schon sehr stark abgenutzt.

Fajn hotel s klidným okolím a dobrou dostupností.
Pros:

Hotel fajn, místo pěkné, klidné, snídaně bohatá, rozmanitá, pokoj menší, wellness super. Trocha důslednosti by nevadilo, televize nakřivo, sprcha na jednom hřebíčku, málo češtiny, ale jinak pěkné ubytování.

Cons:

Trošku důslednosti se zařízením, lednice příliš topila, TV nakřivo, sprcha ja jednom hřebíčku...

insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt

für Golfspieler ist die Lage perfekt, direkt am Golfplatz, das Zimmer mit Balkon ist auch sehr schön,
der Spa und Wellnessbereich gut.

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr idyllisch. Parkplatz vor der Tür. Gutes Frühstück und ein Abendbuffet kann für 23€ dazu gebucht werden. Bis 18 Uhr a la Carte. Nettes Personal, sprechen Deutsch und Englisch.

Cons:

Hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon und Blick auf den Golfplatz gebucht. Der 9 Loch Platz wurde aufgelöst? Konnten auf keinen Golfplatz gucken. Der Balkon war riesig und bestimmt mal schön. Die Holzbretter leider viele morsch und die Schrauben gucken hervor. Verletzungsgefahr. Die Balkontür war kaputt und wir sollten sie trotz 30 Grad ( keine Klimaanlage) geschlossen lassen. Da wir über Pfingsten da waren konnte sie natürlich nicht repariert werden ( das
hätten sie aber schon längst merken müssen)
