We stayed here for a week and we loved everything about this place. Great location, very hospitable and welcoming staff. Thank you most especially to Jayaru, Sithmi, Sampath, Jude (from the reception) for all of your local food recommendations, Abey (our door keeper) and Sanjeewa our hotel room attendant, who always ensures our room is always clutter free. We hope to be back again!

We are returning. Just to stay here longer.
Pros:

We had an amazing relaxing stay at Sentido Heritance Negombo. The rooms are comfortable. The food is excellent downstairs and in the See Lounge. The staff are thoughtful and kind. I especially want to thank Mr Virachi for helping us with an issue so efficiently and then helping us with future stays. Jayaru at the front desk for welcoming us daily and taking care of the details and fun photos. The breakfast buffet staff Maduwanthi, Davin, and Pasan. Also the security guard Mr. Nayanathilaka who covered our things when the rains fell and we continued to swim, showed us the baby birds when we showed an interest in the birds and who showed me the best places to take photos of the amazing sculpture garden. We are so happy and relaxed that we are returning. We highly recommend this hotel.

Cons:

I wanted to post a photo with staff and holding signs to “see you again soon”. And other staff photos. Such happy, hard workers. But they will not get approved.

Spacious , clean rooms and welcoming staff

The neighborhood wasn’t that great and not good value for money.. we opted for half board and dinner turned out to be set menu instead of buffet.

Hotel, servicio y ubicación inmejorable
Pros:

El hotel es increíble y creo que uno de los mejores de Negombo! Desde el primer momento el personal y la atención film que te dan es inmejorable y al entrar en la habitación no quieres salir de ella.
La piscina enfrente de la playa es una pasada para disfrutar del atardecer.
Es la mejor calidad - precio!

I like coconut milk hoppers but not available.
And excellent service from restaurant staff.
Special thanks to two boys in reception when we checked in 6th of June very helpful

Lovely stay beautiful Hotel. Everything was perfect.

We liked everything actually of this hotels. Clean, beautiful big rooms with amazing facilities and close to the airport. It’s very practical and the staff was very helpful and friendly. We got a lovely goodbye.
