Small Room & was like a sauna. Friends in other rooms experienced same problems.

The distance to the room from the main entrance
Hotel was specifically booked close to a location that I planned to visit.
Room was quite hot due to heatwave weather. It's an old building so no aircon. Fan provided in room not much use due to extreme heat.
Place was not clean
Location, some of the staff were friendly.
The bedrooms were very hot. i had booked two bedrooms and wanted both to have twin beds but there was no facility for booking this on booking.com. When we arrived and found my son and grandson would have to share a double bed no attempt was made to help with this situation.
Position.
No aircon, or decent ventilation to keep the heat out, or let fresh air in. A small fan was provided.
Extremely hot and the water wouldn't run cold. The ventilation in the room was minimal and the fan provided was loud and inexplicably useless.
