De rust en mooie tuinen. Goed bereikbaar met trein. De stipte gratis Shuttleservice.

Cons:

Mijn vrouw had het kasteeltje uitgekozen en verwacht daarin te verblijven en dineren.

Het ontbijt te duur en de kamers veel te gehorig.

Locatie was geweldig

Cons:

De kamer zelf viel tegen
Er was geen enkele ventilatie mogelijk of je moest de deur van de kamer open laten staan en dat was meteen aan de openbare straat van het hotel, dus geen optie.
De kamer was enorm gehorig, je kon precies horen waar de ene buren mee bezig waren (!) en aan de andere kant de verschijnselen van een verkoudheid.
Al met al geen pretje om daar te verblijven.

The location, dinner, atmosphere.

Cons:

The bed inlays and by that the hotel room were smelly. The hotel staff didn't pick up the issue after check-out. On WhatsApp, just an AI excused after requesting a review.

Pros:

The restaurant is outstanding in all senses: food, wine, 5 star service, elegant decoration on stunning garden surrou ded by flowers. Accommodation is located within a peaceful rural area, surrounded by greenery. Comfortable mattress and nespresso machine. Room/suite was impeccably clean and has a nespresso machine. Perfect for our needs.

Cons:

-Lots of light shines through the blinds and curtains
-While the castle is nearby, accommodation is located in a separate area of the grouds so we only went in the castle to check in/out, and had dinner in the garden. As such, I missed the actual castle-vibe in the room/suite, which is comfortable, but very plain decor-wise...
-Areas of the bathroom are in dire need of maintenance, like the rusty towel rack
