Cons:

Chambre non climatisées
L’hôtel semble être en plein changement, le personnel novice pas du tout réactif, sauf qui responsable qui essaie de faire pour le mieux. Honnêtement déçue. Je laisse la chance peut-être pour une réorganisation peut être en cours de l’établissement.

Brandalarm is 4 keer afgegaan 's nachts, doch het personeel was dat al zo gewend dat bijna niemand evacueerde.

Pros:

Mooie ligging in het groen net onder Parijs. Ideaal voor een tussenstop onderweg naar het zuiden.

Cons:

Geen airco en na de extreme hitte vd afgelopen tijd was het dan ook echt 30 graden op de kamers en heel benauwd. Restaurant te weinig personeel, ontbijt werd niet opgeruimd en niet bijgevuld. Bijna alles was op toen wij kwamen om 9 uur.

Cons:

Ik had een mail van het hotel gekregen om te reserveren in het restaurant voor die avond. Bij aankomst bleek dan dat het restaurant niet open was. Er was wel roomservice, maar er was amper keuze, mega duur voor wat het was + extra bijbetalen om het naar boven te brengen. Dat viel heel hard tegen... Ik ben met honger gaan slapen.

Mooie ligging en nette, moderne kamers.
Personeel bij de receptie is vriendelijk en erg hulpvaardig

Cons:

Service in het restaurant is matig. Deel van het personeel spreekt slecht Engels. Bij het ontbijt wordt er slecht opgeruimd en aangevuld.

Totale chaos in bediening. Mensen die er waren hadden geen overzicht. Eindeloos moeten wachten op drankjes die dan nog eens zeer duur waren.
Bloedhete kamer zonder airco.

Gutes Preis-/Leistungs-Verhältnis an einer herrlich ruhigen Oase am Waldrand!
Pros:

Sehr aufmerksames und hilfsbereites Personal. Große Terrasse, die auch bei großer Hitze einen angenehmen Aufenthalt ermöglicht. Angenehme Umgebung: ländlich, am Waldrand und sehr ruhig. Gute Küche.

Cons:

Frühstück könnte etwas früher bereitstehen (ab 7:00). Frühstückspreis ist schon stolz. Gut wäre auch ein kleines Frühstückangebot zu günstigeren Konditionen für Reisende mit kleinem Morgenhunger.
