Pros:

Die super freundliche Rezeptionistin

Cons:

Keine Fenster im Zimmer und auch nicht im Bad. Ganz schlimme Luft im Raum. So konnte ich dort nicht schlafen. Das das Zimmer keine Fenster hat würde nirgends angegeben. Diese Info wäre ausschlaggebend für meine Buchung gewesen.

Goed voor kort verblijf en vlot bereikbaar op wandelafstand van het museumgebouw.
Pros:

De ligging van het hotel op wandelafstand van het museum in groene omgeving. Rustig geslapen in een goed bed, aan de achterzijde van het gebouw, verzorgd basis ontbijt, parkeermogelijkheid bij het hotel (betalend). Lift naar de verdiepingen.

Cons:

De kamer (202) had groter mogen zijn voor 2 personen. Het balkon was twee keer zo groot als de kamer (en dit had beter omgekeerd geweest).
Weinig ruimte rond het bed, kleine badkamer met toilet en douche was ok, maar de kleine lavabo op de kamer zelf had weinig plaats errond om iets neer te zetten. Slechts een stoel/zetel als zitplaats wegens ruimtegebrek.
Dus eerder een eenpersoonskamer met dubbel bed.

Het personeel was erg vriendelijk, het ontbijt was oké.

Cons:

De kamer was klein, maar vooral ontzettend vies en verouderd. Er lag stof in de kasten waardoor we onze kleding in de koffer hebben gelaten, schimmel in de douche, de deur en het raam was stuk/rot. We hadden een basic hotel geboekt maar ook dan mag je naar mijn mening een nette kamer verwachten voor €170 per nacht!

Pros:

Wir wollten in getrennten Betten schlafen. Diese standen nebeneinander vor der Badtür. Das Bad war sehr eng und die Betten sehr schmal, so dass wir, als wir sie auseinander gezogen hatten, drohten hinauszufallen. Das Mobiliar war ziemlich abgenutzt. Alte durchgesessene Sessel und die Garderobe direkt vor der Tür, so dass man die Mäntel streifte oder beiseite halten musste um einzutreten - an den Bügeln stieß man sich den Kopf.
Das Frühstück war von minderwertiger Qualität und die Butter fehlte.

Cons:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend!

De communicatie was een drama. Half jaar van te voren voor een huwelijk meerdere kamers geboekt. Uiteindelijk bleek er voor ons geen kamer beschikbaar…..
Wel opgelost uiteindelijk, maar na zoveel contact etc toch onvoorstelbaar.

Ik heb er geen spijt van dat ik voor zo'n hotel heb betaald, want het was comfortabel en het personeel was vriendeli
