Guest Reviews
Cleanliness and location
Nothing
The roominess of the accessible room was exceptional. The breakfast snack was enough to hold you over. The check-in host, Angelica (Angel) was a wealth of information and was very welcoming with a smile.
Lack of ice machines.
I liked ... The free water
I did NOT LIKE the surprise of extra incidentals $100-$250. Being charged that wiped out my meal budget. The receptionist was non personal showed no feeling. I and my daughter were placed on the first floor. We felt unsafe. At 1am the people over us were making loud noises. The bathtub had a hole or two. Stains were prevelant on the drapes. Someone's child was playing outside my window at God only knows what hour. I literally cried. I was overwhelmed with unexpected surprises of disappointment. I've never experienced Best Western at this level of disapproval 😔. Can I get a refund 😔🥹😔🥹😔
Check in was quick and easy. Staff was very considerate especially since I got in pretty late and was extremely tired. Breakfast was delicious and the staff helpful. I actually wished I could have stayed longer.
メリーランド大学から比較的近く、リーズナブル
初日にバスルームにゴキブリがでて、３日目くらいに、部屋の中に飛び回る虫みたいなのが出た。
