It was very nice and would stay here again if we were in the area.
Pros:

We liked that you had rooms with bedding for our needs (3 teens and 2 adults)- being in room together was important for us. The location restaurants were nice also.

Cons:

The small pillows on the bed were very uncomfortable but we brought our own pillows.

Cons:

On our first day of checking in, they didn’t give us the park passes, I went to ask at reception and the two girls said that didn’t know how to do that.. we had to come back the next day. What if we wanted to go the day we arrived? Poor service and should have been trained. Also no cleaning services we were told at breakfast if we need something to go to the front desk.. we were there for 5 days. Also the breakfast is absolutely awful.

Our stay was great and would definitely recommend staying.
Pros:

The property was just like the photos. Exactly what I expected. The pool outside was amazing. The area around the pool was exceptionally clean. The inside pool and hot tub was just as clean. Our beds were comfortable. The bathroom was clean. Our room was clean. Breakfast was good.
The staff was exceptional! Upon our arrival we were greeted immediately. She made sure that she covered everything regarding our stay and was very pleasant to work with. During our stay there was a tornado spotted and we all had to evacuate our rooms and go into the hallway corridor. The staff made certain that everyone was where they needed to be, that we all were informed to any updates regarding the tornado and everyone was safe and as comfortable as they could be.
And one last thing, I am a Best Western member and for the very first time out of all my stays, I was thanked for being a member and received my 2 bottles of free water. 😁

Cons:

The tv channel selections are not good. No sports channels, no movie channels etc. Not a good thing when you’re not able to be outside because of the weather. Your hotels are great, you just need to really update your tv programming.

I would not recommend this hotel.
Pros:

Location is near many attractions. Staff were courteous and helpful. Breakfast was standard options, and good.

Cons:

Check in and lobby were clean. Common areas were worn and dirty. Elevator floor was dirty and never cleaned….a poor peanut M&M was in there our entire stay. Outside garbage was overflowing and trash was on the grounds. Had to notify staff to empty trash. The room was standard/low quality. The bathtub had a shaver head left from previous guests. Fitted sheet on bed was ripped on corner.
Fridge, microwave and AC worked well. TV was difficult/confusing to navigate. Updates needed for charging stations.
I would not recommend this hotel.

If or when I come back to the Dells, this will be my first choice.
Pros:

I didn't get a chance to have breakfast, but I'm sure it was good. Eating area was clean.the girls at the front desk were very nice, polite. Nice smiles.

Laura is the best, thank you for a wonderful stay.
Pros:

Your staff is amazing. Give Laura a big fat raise. When we arrived, there was a gigantic line of people waiting to check in, and the phone was ringing non-stop. People were also coming down from rooms, asking for things. Laura took it all in stride, approaching everyone with a friendly getting and giving us each the same care and attention, making sure we all got settled in. The room was huge and clean. Wonderful!

Check room right away…
Pros:

We used a rewards night stay at this location and was greatly disappointed. We had previously stayed at this location but it has went down hill since then. We checked in late. Noticed a smell when dropping our luggage to go and find something to eat. Dennys across the parking lot is convenient. However by the time we got back we went right to bed. Got woken up by my son in the middle of the night. His allergies had kicked in. It was 5:30 am when we noticed the mold in the bathroom, the pillow he had been sleeping on had a strong cologne smell, and just how dirty the room was. The carpet obvious not been vacuumed. There was dust on bed frame, cobwebs in corners, and sprinkles and sunflower seeds in various areas on carpet. Breakfast had no grab and go options. The waffles were fine and lots of topping options. The eggs and biscuits and gravy were not fully heated.
