Pros:

Loved the outdoor pool but it was not filtered very good. The breakfast was great :) The location is AMAZING, close to everything!

Cons:

The indoor pool has no seating for adults, do not like going to front desk for towels, garbage can was dirty with no garbage bag, the TV didnt sign into the internet, the fridge stunk, the lamps were dusty and napkin holders at breakfast were dusty. They do not provide enough shampoo or conditioner but do supply plenty of lotion which isnt needed.

Cons:

The hallways are filled with the smell of moisture, there is mold caulked up in the showers, there was mold in the freezer portion of the fridge in my room. I had to call front desk 3 times about a noise complaint that lasted an hour long.

I want daily housekeeping!

.Daily housekeeping HORRIBLE! NON-EXISTANT! Got tired of taking care of our own garbage and hunting down housekeeper or calling front desk! Nice heated pool. Friendly front desk Laura and Sharon very nice and accommodating .Good breakfast. Grounds terribly overgrown with weeds. Bushes not trimmed. Housekeepers do not even understand what you are saying . Sliding doors very hard to open! Shower pressure not great. Room just okay .

Pros:

Overall, my experience was very mixed. The cleanliness of the guest rooms was very disappointing and I would rate it 0/10. There was visible mold in the bathroom, food and garbage left in drawers, and it did not appear that the room had been vacuumed at all. Because of this, I ended up going to Walmart to purchase my own cleaning supplies and bedding to make the room usable.

Housekeeping service also fell short, as staff were not very helpful or welcoming. In contrast, the front desk staff were consistently friendly and professional, which I do want to acknowledge.

The breakfast was fairly repetitive with limited options. However, the outdoor pool area was a highlight, especially the kiddie splash pad, and was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel in the first place.

As a suggestion, I would recommend stronger room inspections before assigning rooms to guests and improvements to breakfast variety. I did report my concerns to management and was refunded for the cheapest night, but I feel any compensation should have been for the first night, which required me to personally re-clean the room before it was usable.

There is definitely potential here, but significant improvements are needed in cleanliness and housekeeping standards

On our first day of checking in, they didn’t give us the park passes, I went to ask at reception and the two girls said that didn’t know how to do that.. we had to come back the next day. What if we wanted to go the day we arrived? Poor service and should have been trained. Also no cleaning services we were told at breakfast if we need something to go to the front desk.. we were there for 5 days. Also the breakfast is absolutely awful.

It was very nice and would stay here again if we were in the area.
Pros:

We liked that you had rooms with bedding for our needs (3 teens and 2 adults)- being in room together was important for us. The location restaurants were nice also.

Cons:

The small pillows on the bed were very uncomfortable but we brought our own pillows.
