La cercanía al transporte y al centro histórico lo tienes todo pegado, la atención del personal es de 10 y hablan en español , las habitaciones son muy limpias, amplias y confortables, te hacen la habitación cada día,el desayuno está muy bien y es variables distintos tipos de pan y embutidos solo salchichón, queso y jamón York, huevos revueltos y mini salchichas,bizcocho y croisant

Hotel gekozen vanwege ligging dichtbij centrum. Is slechts 5 wandelen.

Cons:

De hele kamer is toe aan renovatie.
Met name de badkamer was behoorlijk ondermaats en gedateerd, Heel klein, krap en onverzorgd.
Eigen parkeerplaats niet vlakbij hotel, onbewaakt en prijzig.

Das Zimmer und die Sauberkeit war genügend - Beleuchtung funktionierte nur teilweise - Frühstückbuffet gut, aber Ausstattung der Lokalität sehr verbraucht und Service unfreundlich.

Die Lage nah am Rande der Altstadt - Parkhaus ganz in der Nähe.

Perfect location for short stay
Pros:

Fabulous location, walking distance to old town, station and lake. Great breakfast buffet. Half of our party got an upgrade to a junior suite, which was spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

We booked two double rooms, luckily one was upgraded to a junior suite, however, the double room was small, especially the bathroom was very cramped, no shower screen or shower curtain resulting in getting the whole bathroom wet. There was a lot of noise (stomping) from the room above.

The room was clean and very warm, +23. There was plenty of space for two people. The bathroom was comfortable. In the room there were a kettle, tea, coffee and water. Breakfasts were delicious 👌 and the kitchen staff always made sure there was enough food and the tables were clean.
The reception staff were the friendliest people. At check-in day we were given a ticket for the public transport and information on what to see and how to get there, even though all the sightseeings are close to the hotel. At a checkout day the receptionist made sure if everything was fine and if we liked the staying. He was very friendly and kind!
Staying at this hotel is a real pleasure! We strongly recommend it! Thanks a lot to everyone who cares for the guests! We didn’t want to leave 🥹… but we’ll be back one day 😊

Bon emplacement, mais …. Chacun tente son expérience.
Pros:

Son emplacement relativement proche de tout.
Un petit déjeuner, mais les photos sur booking ne correspondent plus trop. Même que nous étions en week-end de grande affluence pour la ville.

Cons:

Le Check-in se fait à 15h, mais finalement je n’aurai pas la chambre avant 16h…
Donc j’arrive à 15h, on me remets les clés de la chambre 465. Je n’ai pas eu besoin d’utiliser la clé, la porte est grande ouverte, tout le monde pouvait entrer dans la chambre.
Mais le plus surprenant, les lits semblent avoir déjà été utilisé, on dirait qu’une personne s’est reposée, il y a même une tasse avec un sachet de thé usagé et un verre avec un reste d’eau sur le bureau. Je retourne à la réception en emmenant tasse et verre et les informe que la chambre n’est pas propre.

Quelques minutes plus tard on vient et on me dit que c’est en ordre. Je remonte en chambre et rien n’a été entrepris pour le lit. Donc je redescends dans les étages et trouve une dame qui s’occupe de l’entretien des chambre. Je lui demande de venir avec moi et lui montre la chambre. Je l’a prie d’entreprendre les nettoyage de cette chambre. Elle m’a changé les draps et nettoyé la salle de bain qui en passant avait encore des mouchoirs du précédent client sur la tablette du miroir.

Inutile de préciser que comme la réservation a été faite par booking, je n’ai eu aucun geste de la part de l’hôtel. Bien entendu, la dame s’est excusée, je lui ai glissé un mot que le responsable pourra m’offrir une petite attention pour mon voyage de retour pour la situation. J’aurais bien apprécié après le semi-marathon de Luzerne.

Une expérience que je ne suis pas sûr de vouloir renouveler dans cet établissement.
