Excelente
Pros:

Ha sido todo perfecto, ubicación, personal, desayuno. Otra cosa muy importante para nosotros que somos mayores y no hablamos ningún idioma y nos encontramos muy agradablemente con personal hablando español.
Si vuelvo a esta preciosa ciudad sin duda me alojaré aquí.

Veraltet, renovierungsbedürftig und völlig überteuert.

Die zentrale Lage in der Stadt, die hofseitige und damit ruhige Ausrichtung des Zimmers und das freundliche Personal.

Cons:

Das gesamte Hotel ist absolut renovierungsbedürftig!
Das Zimmer und insbesondere das Badezimmer ist verschmutzt. Badewanne vermutlich Jahrzehnte alt, ebenso der vergilbte Duschvorhang. Fenster lässt sich nicht schließen. Betten und Matratzen Billigware.

Разположението на хотела е много близо до стария град. Идеално местоположение. Съвсем наблизо има обществен паркинг. Пристигнахме доста късно, но въпреки това персоналът ни изчака, макар че работното време беше свършило. Стаите са малки,както и банята.

Zentrales Hotel für 1 Nacht ok
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr zentral und wir hatten ein Zimmer hinten raus, es war sehr ruhig. Das Zimmer ist für 1 Nacht geeignet wegen seiner Grösse. Frühstück war ok hatte alles was man braucht. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, dürfte mal saniert werden, aber hat uns nicht gestört für 1 Nacht. Ansonsten war soweit alles ok. Ich hatte das Hotel Monate zuvor gebucht, und 1 Woche davor war der Preis auf Booking um mehr als CHF 60.- günstiger. Das fanden wir unfair und natürlich haben wir dann das Zimmer storniert und gleich neu gebucht. Das dürfte eigentlich nicht sein, das hat uns gestört, aber Angebot gerne angenommen! :-)

Pros:

At first, I hesitated to book this hotel because of some negative reviews from previous guests. However, I must say that my experience was positive. The reception staff were always polite and professional, and although the breakfast was relatively simple, it was perfectly adequate.

The hotel was also very quiet at night, which allowed me to sleep well. What I appreciated most was the location: it is within easy walking distance of the train station and only a few minutes on foot from the historic center of the city.

Cons:

The room was very small, although it was functional. My only complaint is that, while it had a chair, there was no desk where I could comfortably work or study on my laptop, despite a desk being mentioned in the room description. Nevertheless, the room generally met my needs, and overall I had a good stay.

Room, breakfast, location were great. The hotel is very good indeed.

Cons:

lack of a/c for 3 star hotel is unusual, I think, but they provide a good fan. The price is "swiss", mean about 50% higher than prices of similar hotels in nearby countries. I suppose its just a local market price, so the hotel itself is nice.

Staff at reception are friendly, there was a kettle in the room.

Cons:

The shower had no curtain so the water ran onto the floor so the whole bath was submerged. You must have used towels to clean up the water, I guess next visitors will use them to dry themselves later. The sheets and pillowcases were worn and torn.
