Pros:

מלון יפה במיקום מעולה - באמצע הדרך בין הקתדרלה לנהר. 5 דקות מתחנת הרכבת ומהמטרו (שנמצאים אחד מול השני). חדר יפה, ארוחת בוקר טובה ושירות מעולה. בדיוק היה גל חום והמיזוג בחדר היה מצוין. מיטה נוחה ומקלחת נוחה. מהמרפסת הקטנה בחדר אפשר לראות את האגם (מרחוק). מומלץ ביותר.

Cons:

כדאי לעשות מיזוג גם בחדר האוכל (במרפסת שלו נעים לשבת גם בעיצומו של גל חום, אבל כדאי לשים מיזוג גם באיזור הפנימי).

Pros:

Location. Layout of room was excellent for family of 4. Loved the balcony.

Cons:

Buffet breakfast was good but coffee wasn’t great and waiter seemed angry or tense.

Pros:

Besonders positiv sind die zentrale Lage sowie die freundlichen Mitarbeitenden im Frühstücksbereich.

Cons:

Leider war die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption unfreundlich und nicht kundenorientiert. Ich hätte mir einen freundlicheren und serviceorientierteren Umgang gewünscht.

Ideal Hotel For Staying In Lausanne
Pros:

Well run and hospitable restuarant located near to Lausanne town, lake and transport. Rooms are spotless and clean. Breakfast is good and recommended. Infact almost impossible to find fault

Very comfortable stay. Highly recommended.
Pros:

Room was spacious and comfortable. It was also newly built and in great condition.

Cons:

The breakfast buffet has a decent, but limited, selection that starts getting repetitive after a few nights.

Pleasant interior yet annoying location and annoying staff ( day shift)
Pros:

Nice gives you a vintage feeling but comfortable.

Cons:

My god the location and how hard it was to get to it walking of course by bus is easy. Yet I didn’t like one bit how the staff during the day shift talked with me one bit. Instead of being helpful understanding she kept being vague and talking from an entitled position which I didn’t like at all. When someone is asking you what the guarantee is for dont just say oh yea it’s for all other expenses ( I suppose the price of the building is also a case here) and you should know that?!!! These kinds of conversations and more importantly way of talking to your clients will definitely not make them want to come back! Otherwise there was a gentleman at the night shift very calm very respectful and he helped me to open the door of my room.

Dinner on the Terrace was a bit limited for the prices being charged. (I appreciate it's Switzerland!)
