The room had space and was comfortable. Fan worked well and wasn't too noisy. Ample parking, especially during the week.
Uneven (in width) stone stairs to second floor. Breakfast was the same every day but adequate.

Everything. Don't book it its really bad I had booked with a baby and they made me stay out of a window for one hr and ended without a room the staff was overwhelmed and rude...don't try this hotel

the room I reserved was a cost of $157 after taxes I was charged $195 because we checked in 30-minutes early. My wife and I just drove 6-hours and wanted to rest. The front desk person did not mention anything about any extra charges
I really like that the room doors are outside. I also liked the pool house being in the center of the property. The rooms were very cute and the shower was great!
There wasn't much that I didn't like. I would say the one thing would be the pool hours. I believe they are 9am - 10pm and I would have liked a little later and bit earlier.
The location was very good. The breakfast was adequate. I liked the spacious room with the extra cozy chair provided. The room was super dark and quiet so we could get great sleep.
New-ish room decor, clean on arrival, parking, relatively quiet. Not a scenic location but close to the freeway.
I was told that housekeeping only came every three days (sooner if I requested it at the front desk). By night five of my six nights, I had not received fresh towels or sheets, so that wasn't cool.
The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff were awesome!
We cant think of anything that could have been done differently.
