Above average on the whole
Pros:

The main advantage and positive for the Best Western Zucherhof is its location - right in the heart of tourist areas, next to the tram lines, railway station and Old Town
The breakfast is very good and is included with the room rate we paid.
The minibar is stocked with water, soft drinks and beer, which are free. Also, fruit, cake and icecream are available for free in the lobby
Rooms are kept very clean

Cons:

There are no extension phones in the rooms which is unusual and inconvenient
There is no central air conditioning, and the rooms get quite uncomfortably warm. The portable air conditioner provided is not very effective
The road in front of the hotel has been dug up for repair, which is a bit of an eyesore

Comfortable stay
Pros:

Clean space with everything we needed for a few nights. It was a small room but we only needed somewhere to sleep. The facilities worked well and the breakfast was nice. Staff were also very helpful.

Cons:

Room was small but we expected this and this did not affect our stay. Bit of a walk from the main station however our suitcases slowed us down!

Pros:

Nice hotel nice location but massive construction work in neighbourhood. Promised water and ice cream daily but refused with a plea that season is over. Breakfast normal and same every day

Breakfast was average should have shown on booking sites that heavy construction in street

Tudo ótimo, sugiro colocar ar condicionado
Pros:

A localização, o frigobar sempre abastecido e free. Café da manhã maravilhoso. A Joana, funcionária do restaurante, foi uma pessoa maravilhosa conosco.

Cons:

Não tinha ar condicionado e o ventilador não era suficiente.
