Personale molto gentile, sia la camera sia gli spazi comuni puliti, allestimento della camera completo nonostante le dimensioni ridotte. La mia camera affacciava inoltre sul retro dell'albergo, risultando così abbastanza silenziosa.

It was very good
Pros:

Everything was great. It was a little noisy on weekend evenings with the window open, but the staff were very kind, attentive, and thoughtful in every way.

Not a good value for money
Pros:

The single room was very clean. The location is unbeatable. The staff is kind and helpful. The minibar is free and they offer extra water bottles for free. Breakfast was delicious.

Cons:

The room was unbearably hot at night with no way to regulate the temperature. I had to open the window but could hear people partying next door until 3am. Then the noise resumed at 6am so it was a miserable night of sleep during my layover in Zurich. It is extremely expensive for what you get. I wouldn't stay there again for that reason unfortunately.
