Güzel, konforlu, rahat
Pros:

Otel her şeyi ile harika. Çalışanlar çok kibar, ilgili. Resepsiyonda devamlı ikramlar oluyor. Otel küçük olmasına rağmen ihtiyacımız olabilecek her şey düşünülmüş ve odalar buna göre dizayn edilmiş. Kahvaltı çok çeşitli ve yeterli. Konumu harika. Fiyat-performans dengesi açısından çok memnun edici. Olumsuz herhangi bir yorumum yok.

The service here was fantastic and the restocking of the mini bar was a lovely surprise and very appreciative.

Response of restaurant staff to my request for vegan option particularly nasty.
Pros:

Reception staff very helpful when I had difficulty locating the facility. And again in the morning in relation to storing my bags prior to onward travel.

Cons:

Size of room (could barely fit a single bed), Apart from fruit and grain there was an option for all residents to request how they would like to have their hot breakfast prepared - all containing eggs. When I asked if there was any hot Vegan options I was spoken to very rudely by staff member who advised 'yes, I could have cooked vegetables' to which I agreed. I received approximately two tablespoons of mixed vegetables in middle of plate surrounded by oil.,

A lovely experience
Pros:

Hotel within easy walking distance of the train station. Room was a good size, clean and complimentary mini bar. Staff were very helpful and spoke good English. Breakfast room was very nice with a good choice of bread, pastries,fruit, cheese, meat and freshly prepared eggs. Handy location on the edge of the old town and near the Universities so lively area too.

Cons:

Zurich is a lovely but expensive City, expect to pay twice UK prices for everything except perhaps public transport, but then enjoy yourself

Overal we enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

We were able to get into our room early, this was much appreciated after a long day of travel. The room was a good size, the bathrooms were modern, the location was good for exploring old town. The breakfast service was excellant, lots of choices. All thestaff from the front desk, breakfast room and the cleaning staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

We were an earlier departure, 6:15, breakfast service wasn't avaiable this early, the shuttle service was also not avaiable until later, 7:20. Carpets are in need of replaceing, several areas thread bare and ripped.

el personal muy amable, llegamos antes del check in y pudimos dejar nuestras valijas para ir a recorrer, lo mismo con el check out. la habitación es super amplia y cómoda. y por último una ubicación espectacular en el centro de Zurich! totalmente recomendado

A localização e a equipe são excelentes. A posição na cidade de Alstadt é ótima, perto da estação de trens, do centro da cidade, de muitos bares e restaurantes e também de pontos turísticos. Café da manhã excelente,

Cons:

O quarto é muito bom, mas tem poucos locais de apoio para a bagagem (prateleiras). A TV é antiga e não tem conexão à internet (não é smart TV). Poderiam atualizar?

Pros:

Lovely hotel, nice spacious room and we were allowed to check in early as the room was ready. There were complimentary biscuits and drinks. Fan was provided as there is no AC in rooms. Lovely locations and everything is in walking distance.

Cons:

Lack of AC and not much variety in breakfast. Everything was great . The staff were friendly and very welcoming.
