Great location that would benefit from bleaching in showers and regular carpet cleaning.
Pros:

VIEW AND LOCATION right on the beach. The pool, hot tub and sauna were SUPREME and the BREAKFAST WAS DIVINE. Evening cookies and salmon chowder were beyond yummy. Staff met all our needs for daily towels and supplies.

Cons:

The worst thing was carpet was filthy, greasy and turned the bottoms of our feet black so we had to wear shoes in room. The room was a bit small for two grandparents and two 13 year old girls. There is a mildew smell in bathroom that upset my system and made me cough all night. The furniture was a struggle for my handicap body so we brought our beach chairs inside and for on patio.

Beautiful veiw
Pros:

Bed was comfortable, room was really nice, view was amazing. Walk to the beach was pretty easy and close, it even had a place to rinse off the sand. I would definitely stay here again!

Cons:

Hot tub and pool was outside, I wish it was inside. The breakfast food was pretty tasteless. It would have been been better if they had some muffins or bagels and bacon. I'm allergic to eggs and they didn't have much options for protein.

Comfortable beds and wonderful staff - but needed to have been given the ADA room I booked.
Pros:

Loved the location. The breakfast was way better than expected. Pool and hot tub were perfect! Staff was very accommodating and was quick to service when asked.

Cons:

Requested an ADA room. No shower chair and had to ask for one. The small sofa and one chair in room was uncomfortable. There was no table to take meals at or play games on. My husbands walker did not fit through the door to bedroom.

It seemed dirty. We come here every year and this year everything seemed dirty. There were missed spots in our room. The hallways were dirty

Location could not be better!
Afternoon chowder and cookies was the perfect thing to offer a pleasant surprise.
The staff were all so friendly and helpful.
Beds were so comfortable and fresh and clean.

Cons:

Some aspects seemed tired or not consistantly clean.
Passage way needed to be swept when we arrived. Was clean a day later so that was good.
Headboard in the bedroom was extremely dusty, the front desk took this feedback well.
Carpets are hard to keep clean at the beach but it felt.like they needed a refresh.

Would not come back.
Cons:

Crazy for the amount I paid but I had to request for housekeeping. I thought that was just a given. When housekeeping came to clean all they did was made the bed and left towels, nothing else was done. Furniture seems outdated and outside perimeters were not kept up with sweeping. Balcony was dusty and floors jet black.

Great place to get away on the oregon coast.
Pros:

We arrived tired and hungry and the hotel serves complimentary chowder and cookies every evening. Perfect way to start our stay. Our room was right on the ocean with a fireplace and soaking tub. quiet and restful.

Cons:

Nothing could be improved

Great location. Hot breakfast. Reservations do not guarantee ocean view.

Oceanfront and hot bkfst

Cons:

My booking did NOT insure ocean view so I had to pay an $107 upcharge at check-in. The only ocean view was a loft with stairs. The only shower was upstairs. It was a challenge for my elderly Mother to shower and she elected to sleep on a pullout sofa downstairs bc of the stairs.

We have stayed at LS in past and I never imagined there are room without a view.

I would love to know if I was upcharged? I thought I booked a King bed and ocean view at a dog-friendly property!
I reserved a room at $609.
After the change to loft with view and dog fees I paid $800.

Affordable hotel with great amenities, just a short walk to the beach!
Pros:

The pool and hot tub were nice and warm; the sauna was great! Our room was just steps away from a beautiful beach!

Cons:

I wish we(adults) could have stayed in the pool for longer. It closes at 10:00.

Right on the Beach
Pros:

The location was fantastic, right on the beach. The room was comfortable.

Cons:

There was animal fur in the room which we asked to have someone come in and vacuum it up. That never happened.
