Cons:

Said continental breakfast but then was $20 a person for dinner lunch and drinks I didn’t mind paying but if your gonna advertise breakfast it should be free not $20 a person

Over all it was great. We had a wonderful time.
Pros:

The room was nice and clean. The view was amazing and it was within walking distance of just about everything we wanted to see. The pool was nice even if it’s a little small.

Cons:

The pool needs updates, repairs and cleaned. There are broken tiles in the hot tub and there are green stains on the tiles above the water line that look like mold. The carpet in the room dated the room a little but it was comfortable. It would be nice with the price of the room to have a small breakfast included with the stay. For a family of 4 we had to pay close to $100 each day for breakfast if we ate in the hotel restaurant. The food was good but was expensive.

I would stay there again!
Pros:

I liked the location, hotel room, lobby, and restaurant. Room was clean and it was a very short walk to the promenade and just 4 blocks to downtown. I would stay there again!

Cons:

Only complain was the shower wouldn't drain while taking my shower. I mentioned it to them twice but either they couldn't fix it or they forgot.

Humid and not clean
Pros:

It was on the ocean and it had a pool

Cons:

Our room was not cleaned well, the sink and bathtub were clogged. The hotel decided to take up 6 parking spots on one of the busiest holidays of the summer and the park is already limited for spots. Plus none of the rooms have air conditioning unless you don’t have a window.

Our room was so humid and uncomfortable that you walk into the room and your breathing gets taken away. Never again never!

Cons:

Pet fee is extremely high. $40 per dog per night is excessive. NOT even disclosed on website. And coffee maker didn't work in room. 24/7 coffee in lobby was empty all 3 times I tried to get some.

Horrible and fooled by the facility description. A fan is not AC.

Cons:

The room described having AC on booking.com but the rooms do not have AC and had a small fan. When I went to the front counter they told me the fan was considered AC and no hotels on the coast have AC. Completely dissatisfied with the situation.

Great for Seaside stay
Pros:

We stay at the Best Western hotel every time we go to Seaside. The last two times, we got a king-size & queen-size (wall bed) with ocean / partial ocean views and a balcony. Well worth it. But, the time before, we stayed in their economy rooms - which I also loved. I'd definitely recommend this hotel.

It was a good night!
Pros:

We had a balcony room looking out towards the ocean, but mostly saw the dunes and the promenade walk below our window.

Cons:

We had some things that did not meet expectations, i.e. coffee maker did not work, bathroom sink barely dribbled out water and the patio door was off its track. The workers in the breakfast cafe were not very attentive.
