The response from the manager was totally untrue . Not offered anything
Pros:

Nothing it was an absolutely horrible, stressful experience from the condition of the room, the pool, and the Manager Mark was rude, unprofessional, condescending and should not be in the position of a manager. When I voiced our concerns to him he told me to go stay somewhere else and said alright then do what you want. As a former HR manager I was totally shocked by his attitude and lack of empathy. After reading prior reviews I was not the first one to voice these concerns. I did go to corporate Best Western who compensated me with a free night at one of their other properties. They told me they would be reviewing his profomance as a representative of their company.

Cons:

Room was dirty
Said It had a queen size bed when u booked🙄🙄it was a Murphy Bed that pulled out of the walll. The mattress was lumpy and when you laid on it it squeaked and the springs made load popping noise that sounded like you were playing a video game. My grandauther splet on the floor. Very outdated, wind blowing thru the front door when it was closed. Windows were extremely dirty that were on the patio.
The only person who expressed any compassion for our concerns was Autumn who stated I am so sorry you had a bad experience. That was at checkout. I would not recommend staying there. Also very overpriced. We only stayed 1 night because there was no other rooms available in Seaside. We ended up staying at another property the next that was fabulous.

For the price paid these issues should not exist.
Pros:

Clean, comfortable, good coffee and system, location.

Cons:

Minor issues that make a 10 a 9.
Patio screen door would not stay on track,TV is Samsung but had a Phillips remote and some difficulties with channels, no spatula to flip an egg, no freezer included in the refrigerator, the shower was very low pressure, lower then most other places I stayed.

Excellent location and service!
Pros:

How the front staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. They even found a cork screw for us and delivered it to our room. We had an exceptional stay. The pool room was also very well stocked with towels and the environment was nice as well.

Cons:

The bathroom was small standard bathroom.

I am an older lady and made a horrible mistake and booked thinking that I booked for Seaside, California, not Oregon. I called the day of realizing I made a mistake and asked if I could get credit and they gave me the runaround I made the reservation the day before. After making several attempts to speak with someone

Comfortable, clean, fun stay as close to the beach as you can get!
Pros:

Proximity to beach, heated indoor pool, tv channels, clean and fireplace in bedroom, dog friendly

Cons:

When we asked for fresh towels and a couple extra pillows the staff never brought them. They also do not service the room daily so we needed to take out our own trash can every day so it was not overflowing.
