There was nothing to not like
Beautiful rooms and fantastic staff who were so friendly and helpful. Bhava Spa was a highlight—the best massages we’ve had in Bali. We’d highly recommend Amnaya Resort Kuta to anyone staying in the Kuta area. Ten out of ten.

The bed was very comfortable the room was different layout but nice and clean we had a pool access room
I think the day bed mattress tops need to be replaced some where very flattened and stained and the ones near the pool rooms where uncomfortable to sit on and you couldn’t lay down on them also the pool was very cloudy and not clear for most of our stay I feel the pathway on on the pool was not great for stepping with the fake turf we also found that they ran out of beer almost every day they were either waiting on a delivery or didn’t have a lot of carries of beer

The staff made our holiday special: everyone was warm, friendly and quick to help. A heartfelt thank you to Rusmi and her team for an unforgettable stay! A small air-conditioning issue was resolved promptly. Everyone spoke very good English, making communication easy.
Our spacious room had everything we needed, with daily cleaning and fresh bed linen and towels. The huge bed and incredibly comfortable mattress exceeded my expectations — I slept wonderfully! Despite the central location, it was peaceful. An occasional distant rooster never disturbed our sleep.
The spacious rainfall shower had excellent pressure and properly hot water. A handheld shower would have been welcome, but this was a minor detail. I loved the shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Toothbrushes, toothpaste, mouthwash and other hygiene essentials were also provided.
The greenery and flowers were gorgeous, especially the floral display above the large pool. Flowers occasionally fell into the water, adding to the tropical atmosphere. Free pool towels could be exchanged whenever needed. It was so relaxing that we spent several days simply enjoying the hotel and pool without wanting to leave.
Breakfast was a highlight, with a Balinese option and around 15 main dishes. I tried almost everything, and it was all delicious — the fried noodles stole my heart! The team happily accommodated requests beyond the menu, including a plate of fruit whenever I wanted.
Live music every evening created a lovely atmosphere. Special thanks to bartenders Wiguna and Bayu for fantastic cocktails and enjoyable conversations!
Excellent location: five minutes from the beach, near a shopping mall, food court and countless restaurants. There is a beachfront walking path, plenty of surfing and beaches for swimming farther along the coast.
Absolutely worth the price. Thank you to the whole team for your kindness and care — we left with beautiful memories!

The staff is exceptional, the hotel itself is well designed and lovely. My room was upgraded by them and it was spacious and very comfortable. Their spa is divine!

Op 1 het super vriendelijke personeel. Daarnaast de ruime en comfortabele kamers, de regendouche was top, de afstand naar de airport is fijn.
En als absoluut hoogtepunt het restaurant en het Indonesische menu en de Balinese, culturele details in het resort waardoor je overduidelijk op Bali bent.

Het eten is ook enorm lekker ontbijt en diner!
Omdat er veel mensen in en uit hun kamer lopen, is het gehorig. De deuren sluiten namelijk erg hard.
