Pros:

rustige locatie, hele goede service en heerlijk eten in restaurant. Spa ritueel gehad, heerlijk 2 uur in watten gelegd, stuk duurder dan de tientallen massage zaakjes overal maar ook van ander niveau.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft an super Lage! Alles war sehr sauber und das Bett sehr bequem. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Früstück wie auch das Abendessen im Restaurant war sehr lecker und das Spa ist ein Traum! Grosse Empfehlung und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Resort itself was amazing and beautiful. We enjoyed coming home everyday to a clean room and staff were incredibly helpf

Beautiful resort, well kept. The gardener was a friendly and lovely man and always greeted us with a smile. So did the entire staff.

Pros:

Staff were fabulous, my aunt had a noisy room and this was fixed for her asap, ours was great, no hassles. Staff were lovely, venue was great, I would be happy to return and recommend. Breakfast was delightful, probably the best we had over the 15 days.

Cons:

I don't think there was any conditioner in the bathroom only shampoo and body wash. Not really important.

Fenomenaal!
Pros:

Wij sloten onze reis door Indonesië hier af. We hebben in totaal 12 accomodaties mogen bezoeken en deze stak er met kop en schouders bovenuit. Het personeel was mega attent, de kamer was ruim en schoon, het ontbijt was uniek en de locatie is top! Bovendien een mega lekkere stortdouche die we thuis ook wel willen. Er is dagelijks een heerlijke high-tea mogelijkheid en kleine activiteit in het hotel. Werkelijk waar geen enkel verbeterpunt!
