Goed voor kort verblijf
Pros:

Wij verbleven één nacht in Amnaya Resort Kuta omdat we de volgende ochtend vroeg naar de luchthaven moesten. In Bali mag je de verkeersdrukte echt niet onderschatten, korte afstanden kunnen verrassend lang duren.

Het hotel heeft een mooi zwembad, nette en verzorgde kamers en een goed restaurant. Wij hebben heerlijk gegeten van de Balinese keuken, maar er zijn ook Europese gerechten beschikbaar. De prijs-kwaliteitverhouding is zeker in orde en het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Kortom, een top hotel voor een kort verblijf dichtbij de luchthaven.

Great hospitality, delicious breakfast and a beautiful atmosphere
Pros:

The breakfast was outstanding with the breakfast set & the staff were really friendly

Cons:

The Balinese music created a nice atmosphere at first, but having it played continuously all day by the pool became a bit overwhelming when trying to relax.

Exceptional hotel experience
Pros:

The customer service was exceptional, the best by far of any hotel I have stayed in across many countries. Nothing was too much trouble and always presented a "can do" attitude.
The restaurant : the staff were so helpful, courteous and obliging; the breakfast menu was extensive and the quality of the food excellent.

Cons:

Sometimes, small ants on the outdoor sofa which would bite.
The air conditioning temperature was difficult to regulate.

Great luxurious choice
Pros:

Amnaya Resort Kuta was a wonderful stay from start to finish. The rooms were spacious, clean, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional, always making us feel welcome.

The location is excellent, close to shops, restaurants, and the beach, while still feeling peaceful and relaxing inside the resort. Breakfast was delicious with great variety, and the overall atmosphere was calm, elegant, and well maintained.

Overall, I would happily stay here again and highly recommend Amnaya Resort Kuta to anyone visiting Bali.

Cons:

One small point for improvement: cappuccino should really be included in the breakfast. It feels a bit strange that it comes with an extra charge, especially when it seems to have the same cost or price as a normal coffee with milk.
