Pros:

Towels are supposedly white but they probably need to be changed because they are no longer white but has changed grey. Luckily they do not smell bad. I was told hotel no longer provide free shuttle then make sure to update on social media
TV was giving problems, raised issues to reception but technician were not responding. Waited so call to reception to chase for the technician. Eventually Technicians came to fix but after they left TV malfunctioned again. That’s the level of service me and my friend experienced. Reception promised an upgrade and change our room. Again waited for it to happen. Promise broken without any explanation. The next morning, asked the receptionist on duty was told the night receptionist left work already. Left note for the next shift to follow up. How irresponsible?

Simply lovely and wonderful service and facilities
Pros:

Friendly staff, a very good housekeeper, delicious food, comfortable bed and room, good massage and the decorations are excellent for our birthday celebrants. Beautiful amenities bar, pool and gym.

Cons:

New sheets and pillow case for the massage.

Exceptional staff, but the facilities and value for money fall short of brand expectations
Pros:

The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the warmth and excellence of the staff. Every team member we encountered was genuinely friendly and helpful, which made a significant difference. The location is also quite convenient for exploring Nagoya. .

Cons:

The value for money was disappointing; since we stayed during the Labour Day long weekend, the price was significantly inflated. For the premium paid, the facilities and breakfast felt underwhelming and did not meet the standards I expected from this hotel chain.

Excellent
Pros:

The staff were very warm and welcoming; it was value for money; also felt very safe. Especially Rajab, Ernica and the others in the reception. Warm fuzzy feeling.

Pros:

Nous avons été très bien reçu par l'ensemble du personnel, et plus particulièrement Jovan et Tiur. Qui ont toujours été présent pour répondre à nos attentes. les petits déjeuners étaient copieux. Nous avons profité du spa , massages à conseillés.

Cons:

Le quartier autour de l'hôtel très sale.
