I would definitely come back again.
Pros:

It’s so clean and convenient for shops, also just a10 min walk to the train station.

Cons:

My window was facing another high rise building, poor view and light.

Think twice.
Pros:

Location is great.

Cons:

Absolutely no clóset or storage space in the room forcing you live out of your suitcase in an already very small room. I'm sure the majority of guests put their suitcase on the bed for convenience which is gross.
Guests must check out by 10am, which is far too early.
Carpet in bedroom very grimy and stained.
No laundry service.
