Pros:

The room itself was fine but nothing special

Cons:

Unfortunately we did not have a good stay. We only booked as a place to rest before an early flight.

I requested an extra bed for my 8 year old when I booked, the bed was not there and we had to call multiple times. In the end we decided to all just share as it was super late and we needed to get some sleep after a long drive and having to get up for an early flight. It eventually came but we turned it away.

We then had the most loudest and horrific dance music thumping outside all night and to top it off we had people in the room next to us who were obviously young and unsupervised. They were shouting, screaming, laughing and banging doors all night. We got zero sleep and we even had someone knock on our door with room service for them about midnight. My husband asked the staff when he knocked on to ask them to be quiet but nothing was done. It was a terrible terrible night and we left exhausted and grumpy.

Excellent hotel but some designc
Pros:

Room looks nice

Cons:

-Phone in the Toilet should be on the right side wall over the Tissue roll,

The shower has only one section covered and water keeps flowing out-we have to shower with so much care-so that water does not wet the whole toilet-

Hope they can full cover the shower room and bath tub-and instead of sliding door-should have the same door as the WC-so that shower will be comfy and cosy to use-

This is big blunder by the designers-never saw in any 5 star category hotels-please rectify and save water and also people falling down-if they end up dropping water carelessly during shower.

Close to airport, over priced. Swimming pool is a disappointment. I sadly wouldn’t reccomend.
Pros:

The close location to the airport, the very friendly and helpful staff.
Raveena was lovely and gave us early check in for free.
Our airport pick up and drop off were great.

Cons:

The swimming pool does not look how it does in the pictures. The glass panels are very dirty and most of the area was closed.
We ordered food to the pool and waited over 1 hour 30 mins.
Our mattress was lumpy
The room is not sound proof - we could hear traffic outside and noisy guests in the coloridos at 3am.

At the bar - my partner (male) was using playing cards for over an hour. When I (female) joined we were immediately told by bar staff that playing cards were not allowed.
We went to the mixed a la carte and buffet restaurant. We were told if we wanted to order a la carte we had to do so through an app. We waited over 30 mins for drinks and our food came first. We opted for a la carte as the buffer is £34 per person which felt rather expensive - we had just stayed at the Hyatt Regency.
