Could have been better.
Pros:

Fancy foyer and breakfast was good

Cons:

Paid for early checkin but the room wasn’t ready so had to wait another hour. Room had some dirty tissue paper on floor that cleaners had missed. Minibar etc not stocked. Water pressure low and shower max temperature also low. No USB power outlets in room.

Great and Pleasant stay with Roseat.
Pros:

Everything was Great, ambience was GReat. staff was Great. The roof top pool was better than what expected before visiting there . what a large pool we enjoyed a lot .

Cons:

But one thing if u people Pls work on that - why u Open the washroom door, something should be privacy matters, Kindly consider this in washroom area if possible . Thanks. Other Than that everything was better than expected.

My new favorite hotel in Aerocity
Pros:

- Fast check-in
- Really comfortable bed
- Lots of water in room
- Nice room
- Nice pool
- Nice gym
- Highest quality food out of all other Aerocity hotels I've been to
- They let me order a coffee to the pool, made my morning
- The pool area is nice
- The restaurants and bars look REALLY good, I want to come stay again just to try them
- Staff are all really nice
- Quiet and peaceful place to stay
- Big Bathtub
- I find India keeps their hotel rooms so cold, but I hate the cold, so they gave me extra blankets and a heater... thank you!

Cons:

- I was told that I had airport transfer included in my stay, but when I phoned to book it I was refused. Then, when I was leaving and had already ordered an Uber, I was told I did have it, so that was a bit annoying.

I had hoped to surprise Aditi while celebrating our recent Roka and our four-year anniversary, but the experience you helped create went far beyond anything I had imagined. From the warm welcome, the beautiful blessings and puja tray, the flower petals, welcome drinks, cake, and the thoughtful room decoration, every detail felt so personal and heartfelt.

Nunca mais volto para este hotel e não recomendo a ninguém .
Cons:

O serviço dos funcionários, logo a chegada fomos ignorados pelo staff que fica fora pois tínhamos chegado de Táxi , o meu Primo teve que descarregar as malas enquanto que os funcionários estavam aí sem fazer nada e na conversa , na altura do check out então pareciam frios os funcionários da recepção.
