Piacevole ma necessita ancora di qualche accorgimento.

Posizione fantastica.
Pietanze gustose e fresche, prezzi nella media.
Materassi duri ma comunque comodissimi, davvero particolari.

Il canto del Muezzin alle 5:15 nella mattina.
Al check in Margaret ci ha addebitato senza ascoltare le nostre parole la tassa di soggiorno (tassa infrastrutture) anche se l’avevamo già pagata con Booking.

Leuke cottages met een prima verblijf
Pros:

Locatie was goed. Personeel was vriendelijk en altijd bereid om je te helpen. Direct aan het strand en het eten was goed! Beter dan mega resorts met all inclusive. Leuke live entertainment. Agnes was ontzettend lief!

Cons:

Leuke kleinschalige cottages. Aanrader.

The hotel needs renovation.
Pros:

The hotel is located right by the sea, which is definitely one of its biggest advantages. It is a small property with only a few rooms, making it feel quiet and intimate. Our room was cleaned every day, which we appreciated.

Cons:

Unfortunately, there were quite a few things that disappointed us. There are many crows around the property throughout the day, and they can be particularly noisy early in the morning when they land and move around on the roof.

The facilities and overall appearance of the hotel feel quite dated, and the mattress was extremely hard and uncomfortable.

The food was average considering the prices, which we found quite high. Service was also very slow, although long waiting times seem to be quite common on the island.

Communication with the staff was sometimes difficult, as several of the waiters spoke very limited English and struggled to understand even fairly simple requests.

Another disappointing point was the drinking water: there is no free drinking water available for guests apart from one litre provided per day for the entire room. Considering the climate and the price of the hotel, we expected better.

Overall, we were not satisfied with the value for money. Having stayed at other hotels in Nungwi in the same price range, we found the overall standard and quality here noticeably lower.

VACACIONES EXCELENTES EN ZANZIBAR
Pros:

Un lugar excelente para pasar las vacaciones en Zanzibar. Son unas casetas muy bonitas y muy bien adornadas. Zona de piscina privada, buenas comidas, buen personal. Un lugar sin duda recomendable 100% y para repertir.

Schöne Anlage und tolles Team – leider mit deutlichen Schwächen bei Transparenz und Kommunikation
Pros:

- Wir hatten viele wirklich nette Gespräche mit dem Personal und haben durchgehend gemerkt, dass sich alle Mühe geben, den Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten und auf Wünsche einzugehen

- Der separate Liegebereich war ein großer Pluspunkt, weil man dadurch nicht ständig von Strandverkäufern angesprochen wurde und einfach entspannen konnte

- Das Meer und der Strand sind wirklich traumhaft und machen den Aufenthalt vor Ort etwas Besonderes

- Während unseres Aufenthaltes waren nur sehr wenige Gäste in der Anlage, wodurch es sehr ruhig und entspannt war. Das haben wir sehr genossen

Cons:

- Leider kam es mehrfach vor, dass vorab mündlich genannte Preise (z. B. für Ausflüge oder Wäsche) auf der finalen Rechnung deutlich höher waren… Besonders enttäuschend war die Verlängerung unseres Aufenthalts: Uns wurde nach mehrfacher Nachfrage ausdrücklich ein Gesamtpreis bestätigt, der sich später als Preis pro Nacht herausstellte. Daher unser Rat: Preise unbedingt immer schriftlich bestätigen lassen, um Missverständnisse zu vermeiden. An Ende steht man sonst vor einer Rechnung, der man so nie zugestimmt hätte, aber natürlich zahlen muss weil die Leistung schon erbracht wurde…

- Als wir die Abweichungen angesprochen haben, war die Reaktion leider wenig verständnisvoll. Statt auf die Situation einzugehen, wurde uns von der Besitzerin der Anlage deutlich vermittelt, dass wir selbst schuld seien, wenn wir die genannten Preise so verstanden haben. Auch mit etwas Abstand und nachdem wir die Situation haben sacken lassen, bleibt vor allem dieser Umgang als sehr negativ in Erinnerung – und hat den ansonsten schönen Aufenthalt am Ende leider deutlich überschattet.

Bien être et zenitude dans ce petit hôtel avec un beau jardin tropical
Pros:

Un hôtel de charme à taille humaine, avec un personnel très accueillant et toujours prêt à rendre service.
La situation en bord de mer permet de contempler le coucher de soleil en dinant des plats très gouteux.
Une vrai pépite.

Cons:

Rien, tout était parfait.
Le seul regret c'est de l'avoir quitter pour un hôtel à Paje où nous rencontrons que des problèmes ( Jambo by resort )
