Il faut aller chercher les clés dans 1 autre hôtel, non précisé lors de la réservation des le paiement effectué ils vous en informe.
Pas de mini bar comme indiqué, prix du petit déjeuner trop élevé, aucun personnel d'accueil, aucune enseigne du nom de l hôtel, pas de fraise ni chocolat pour notre accueil, pas de champoing, ventilation dans la salle de bain trop bruillante, porte du hall claque très fort...

Локацията на хотела беше добра.

Cons:

В стаята липсват основни удобства като пантофи, имаше само сапун от тоалетните принадлежности, имаше и кафемашина, но нямаше контакт за нея, явно беше за украса. В стаята имаше едно малко прозорче, което гледаше срещу стена, а беше най-голямата стая на етажа. Няма никаква шумоизолация, чуваше се дори когато светкат тока в съседната стая, а вратата за етажа, когато се затваря, се удряше сякаш някой стреля с нещо. Бяхме на ръба да се преместим веднага в друг хотел. Отделно това, миришеше на мухъл. Тотален ужас. Избягвайте!

Sul sito si parla di Hotel... non hanno la reception e collaborano con altri alberghi. Al mio arrivo c'era un fortissimo odore di fogna in camera e in corridoio. Ho segnalato sul numero wa che mi ha contattato. Nessuna soluzione e assistenza. Trovo la cosa inaccettabile. Non è prevista la colazione.

He estado en este hotel seis veces , situación magnífica, personal encantador , se esfuerzan porque te sientas como en casa , cualquier incidencia que tengas te lo arreglan en el momento . Siempre volveré !

This is NOT a hotel and the photographs on Booking.com misrepresent the property.
Pros:

The location was quite central and near to the railway station.

Cons:

This was not a hotel! It was a set of 6/7 rooms located in a multipurpose building. The photographs on Booking.com were misleading and implied a proper hotel, with reception and lounge areas. There was no grand staircase as shown on the photographs. The room that we were allocated had maintenance equipment on both sides of the balcony, where insulation was decayed. Despite sending an email to the hotel (there were no staff at all on the premises), there has been no reply after 10 days. I have attached photos of the equipment outside of window - you could not really call it a balcony with all of the servicing equipment. On the second day, we were woken up by the constant noise of machinery on the floor above (from 5-30am) Very disappointing.

Las chicas de la limpieza muy mal, no por la limpieza, si no por que desde las 08:00am ya estaban dando gritos como si no hubiera nadie alojado, creo que el descanso de los huéspedes debería ser una prioridad
