Boendet ringde samma dag som bokningen och berättade att det var fullt och att bokningen som var betald ej gällde längre.
Efteråt vill de inte betala tillbaka pengarna för bokningen till booking.com

Great atmosphere in a top location of Sodermalm Stockholm
Pros:

Very chilled out hotel in a great area of central Stockholm. The buffet breakfast included hot and cold food and the evening food was also nice particularly the pizza. The atmosphere in the bar in the evening was nicer than the hotels my colleagues stayed in. I would recommend!

Cons:

Nothing really. The room didn’t have a view but it wasn’t important to me.

This isn't a hotel room—it’s a closet room inside a pizzeria.
The room has no windows and zero AC. I stayed here in late August, and even though it was pretty cool outside, the room was extremely hot. I had to crack the door open several times during the night just to get a breath of "fresh" hallway air.
And that’s only half the story. Around 8 or 9 AM, the pizzeria opens up, and somehow every single food odor pipes right into the room. To top it off, the walls are paper-thin—you’ll hear your poor neighbor taking a shower next door and the staff stomping down the hall.
Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. Don't ruin your trip.

Pros:

The location is relatively good, which is not far from public transportation services. The breakfast is very good with several warm dish options. It is also quiet in the night with no disturbance to the sleeping quality.

Cons:

The shower is not isolated from the toilet and there was no curtain at least to block the water causing the whole bathroom wet after showering.
Few power sockets were available in this modern world.

Μια ευχάριστη διαμονή!
Pros:

Η τοποθεσία του καταλύματος ήταν πολύ βολική, κοντά στο μετρό, μόλις 10 λεπτά από το κέντρο. Το πρωινό ήταν καλό και το περιβάλλον ήσυχο.

Cons:

Le bâtiment peu accueillant, la personne a l'accueil pas aimable du tout et pressé, les chambres au dessus d'un resto que l'on traverse pour arriver aux chambres, impression d flanqué d'aération, moquette partout, on se croirait dans un vieil hôtel des années 70 mal rafraîchi, la chambre familiale réservée est vraiment petite pour une famille, pas de rangement, salle de bain exiguë et pas fraîche, matelas sales avec des cheveux partout même si les draps sont ok. D'ailleurs il y a des cheveux par terre aussi et le comble...une petit culotte salle dans un coin!!! La vue est horrible qui donne sur un toit et c'est a peine si la on voit clairement tant les vitres sont salles...tout ça pour un prix de fou!!! Une lampe pend du plafond...
Et en prime, un camion qui vient décharger ses palettes au resto à 7h du matin un samedi!
Petit déjeuner correct sans plus dans le resto italien avec odeur de pizza froide... Je déconseille complètement !!!!
