Pros:

Friendly hotel in lower end of Leysin with new manager, Gino, who was very kind and accommodating. Beautiful views. Excellent breakfast.

Cons:

Half-board dinner was set 2-course and struggles to compete with the extensive buffet of the Alpine Classic up the hill, despite similar price point. Bed (with footboard) too short for my 2 metre frame.

Die zentrale Lage

Cons:

Es fehlt ein sympathischer Empfang. Die Individualgäste werden vernachlässigt.
Die Planen und Blumen beim Eingang und auf der Terrasse werden nicht gepflegt und bewässert. Sie sind verdorrt und machen einen miserablen Eindruck.
In dieser Beziehung besteht ein dringender Handlungsbedarf. Von Ferienstimmung kann keine Rede sein Schade!!

Pros:

Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr nett.
Die Lage vom Hotel gut .

Cons:

Das Hotel wirkt sehr heruntergekommen.
Die Handtücher hatten zum Teil Löcher.
Das Abend Essen in Puffet vorm, war ein Grauss.
Überall Fliegen. Wir haben auf das Essen im Hotel verzichtet und sind in eine Pizzeria gegangen.
Beim Frühstück wahren die Brot Tücher voller Löcher und schmutzig.
Die Kaffee Maschine komplett verdreckt.
Beim Käse waren wieder überall Fliegen.
Wir haben wieder auf das Essen verzichtet.
