Magnifique et relaxant
Pros:

Tout était parfait, de l'accueil et le check-in sur la terrasse, au logement magnifique et soigné, les différentes attentions dans la chambre, le spa très calme, relax avec différents espaces. Tout était très "cosy" et relaxant, exactement ce que nous recherchions. Le petit-déjeuner à la carte et le repas au restaurant étaient parfaits également. (varié, cadre très sympa) Belle carte de vins de la région. Le personnel de tout l'hôtel était très prévenant mais pas trop présent, très agréable.

Cons:

Il manquait des heures dans les journées pour profiter encore plus de ce bel endroit ;)

Elegant and tasteful. Excellent breakfast and dinner. Central location. Above all, exceptional staff: superbly efficient and caring.

Cons:

Nothing. Perhaps the room could have been slghtly bigger for the price: impossible to get round the bed with my mother’s wheelchair.

Pros:

Excellentes prestations Spa et Yoga. Chef cuisinier remarquable. Très bon accueil des animaux domestiques.

Cons:

Das Zimmer und die Ausstattung war grandios. Das Design des Hotels im Alpin Style mit vielen Details wie der gesamte Wellnessbereich war einfach top.

Cons:

Das Bistro am Abend - kein 5 Sterne Service, lange Wartezeit für das Essen und trotz Reservation / Ankündigung einer wichtigen Feier kein schöner Platz erhalten.

Très bel établissement, mais attention à la chambre attribuée
Pros:

Hôtel récent, infrastructure impeccable, espace piscine et spa de très haut niveau. Personnel polyglotte, serviable et attentif. Cuisine excellente, produits de qualité, petit déjeuner servi à table.

Cons:

Chambre située dans l’annexe au-dessus du spa : trois ascenseurs pour la rejoindre. Pas de climatisation, il faut ouvrir les fenêtres pour rafraîchir avec les bruits environnants le matin tôt. Vue limitée au chalet voisin, à quelques mètres. Pour les cyclistes : pas de local dédié, les vélos sont remisés dans des bureaux fermés à clé. À la Brasserie 1809, l’ambiance se veut feutrée mais les tables sont trop rapprochées pour une conversation privée — et les prix restent élevés pour la prestation.
