Pros:

Serviertes Frühstück, schöner Wellnessbereich, Personal gibt sich teilweise Mühe

Cons:

Personal spricht kaum Deutsch (und das in einem angeblichen Fünfsternehotel!?) und ist auch nicht sehr kompetent. Nach der Bestellung des Abendessens geht es 20 Minuten bis mal Brot serviert wird. Und das Abräumen leerer Teller scheint auch nicht eine Priorität des Personals zu sein. Standardzimmer sehr klein. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis schlecht!

Merveilleux séjour
Pros:

Situation au coeur des montagnes. Vue impressionnante depuis la chambre.
L'accueil avec un verre de bienvenue après la prise en charge depuis le parking en bus électrique.
La chambre, élégante, 2 salles d'eau, vue montagne.
La gentillesse et le sourire des hôtes, on se sent attendu et on entre dans un cocon.
Les mets du restaurant très bon, y compris les choix végʻétariens.
La qualité des matériaux de l'hôtel, et très joliment décorés.
Nous avons apprécié également le SPA avec ses 2 piscines et le fitness très bien équipé.
Les enfants ont apprécié la salle de jeux également. ( babyfoot, tennis de table, jeux vidèo, jeux de société...)
Le personnel est dévoué et fait tout pour que vous vous sentiez bien, informations loisirs, attentions quotidienne jusqu'à votre départ.

Cons:

Rien. Tout était parfait.
