Une parenthèse enchantée et relaxante
Pros:

Excellentes prestations Spa et Yoga. Chef cuisinier remarquable. Très bon accueil des animaux domestiques.

Cons:

Communication parfois peu fluide entre appels téléphoniques et e-mail, mais pas de problème majeur

Das Zimmer und die Ausstattung war grandios. Das Design des Hotels im Alpin Style mit vielen Details wie der gesamte Wellnessbereich war einfach top.

Cons:

Das Bistro am Abend - kein 5 Sterne Service, lange Wartezeit für das Essen und trotz Reservation / Ankündigung einer wichtigen Feier kein schöner Platz erhalten.

Très bel établissement, mais attention à la chambre attribuée
Pros:

Hôtel récent, infrastructure impeccable, espace piscine et spa de très haut niveau. Personnel polyglotte, serviable et attentif. Cuisine excellente, produits de qualité, petit déjeuner servi à table.

Cons:

Chambre située dans l’annexe au-dessus du spa : trois ascenseurs pour la rejoindre. Pas de climatisation, il faut ouvrir les fenêtres pour rafraîchir avec les bruits environnants le matin tôt. Vue limitée au chalet voisin, à quelques mètres. Pour les cyclistes : pas de local dédié, les vélos sont remisés dans des bureaux fermés à clé. À la Brasserie 1809, l’ambiance se veut feutrée mais les tables sont trop rapprochées pour une conversation privée — et les prix restent élevés pour la prestation.

Pros:

It is an absolutely perfect hotel in the charming mountain village. Very typical, but with all modern comfort. My room was large, with a nice balcony and a perfect mountain view. The property has an excellent restaurant where I had dinner twice - just perfect! Breakfast was very tasty as well, with nice hot dishes cooked for you. The service is impeccable, the staff is very friendly and responsive. The location is just perfect - in a very calm part of the village, but very close to everything you need, including the parking at the entrance of the village. I loved everything about the hotel and hope I will be back!

Serviertes Frühstück, schöner Wellnessbereich, Personal gibt sich teilweise Mühe

Cons:

Personal spricht kaum Deutsch (und das in einem angeblichen Fünfsternehotel!?) und ist auch nicht sehr kompetent. Nach der Bestellung des Abendessens geht es 20 Minuten bis mal Brot serviert wird. Und das Abräumen leerer Teller scheint auch nicht eine Priorität des Personals zu sein. Standardzimmer sehr klein. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis schlecht!
