Highly recommend apartment
Pros:

Mostly evertything. Highly recommend. 20-25 min on foot from Karlsruhe central station, but no problem. Room is a quite large.

Cons:

Small gap at the shower room door. Sometimes you can see some leaked water. And the shower head has a bit loosen between the head and the hose. I heard very interesting sounds from there, but easy to get famililar the situation after 1-2 times shower.

Pros:

Die Lage ist gut, weil man schnell in alle Richtungen kommt.

Cons:

Das Haus liegt an einer vielbefahrenen Straße und ist entsprechend laut. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern wird es sehr schnell stickig, da es keinerlei Belüftung gibt. Der Deckenventilator bewegt dann nur die heiße Luft. Die Ausstattung war auch eher enttäuschend. Ich werde nicht wiederkommen.

Schön eingerichtetes Appartement, zentral gut gelegen für Innenstadt, Theater, ZKM, Therme Vierordtbad und Zoo. Mehrere Straßenbahnen direkt vor der Tür erreichbar.

Cons:

Wenig freizugängliche E-Ladestationen im direkten Umfeld. Liegt aber eher an Karlsruhe, nicht am Appartement.

Cons:

Keine öffentlichen E-Ladesäulen frei zugänglich in der unmittelbaren Nähe. Hat mit Appartement aber nichts zu tun, da könnte sich Karlsruhe insgesamt mehr engagieren.

Pros:

Ich wusste was mich erwartet, großes Zimmer, direkt an der Strasse, mit langer Fensterfront über die ganze Zimmerlänge, schön hell.

Cons:

Im Sommer wird das Zimmer durch die großen Fensterflächen recht warm. Ich war an sonnigen Tagen im Mai dort, und selbst da war die Temperatur bereits an der Grenze. Ein Ventilator ist vorhanden.
Mich persönlich hat der Lärm durch die direkte Lage an der Straße nicht gestört, das empfindet allerdings jeder unterschiedlich.

Pros:

Alles sehr gut, bis auf die Kopfkissen. Da hätte sich eine Investition gelohnt!
