Nunca en mi vida pasé tanto calor en una habitación

Ubicación y lugar recientemente renovado

Cons:

En verano es imposible vivir ahí. repito, es imposible vivir ahí. La temperatura puede ser superior a 40 grados sin aire acondicionado. solamente hay un simple ventilador. Lo dicho. No se puede vivir ahí un día de calor de verano. Por otro lado tienes un tranvía a todas horas pasando a 5 metros de la ventana.

Grand appartement mal isolés

Les appartements sont spatieux

Cons:

Les appartements sont tres mal isolés, il faisait plus de 30 degres dans la piece quand on est arrivé. Il est tres difficile de dormir dans de telles conditions. L’appartement est une bouilloire thermique qui donne sur la rue, tres bruyant en ouvrant la fenêtre.

Pros:

Tolle Lage, man ist fußläufig in der Innenstadt. Ausgestattet mit allem was man so braucht. Auch der Self Check in ist einfach und praktisch. Parkplatz kostenpflichtig vorhanden.

Cons:

Der Parkplatz ist mit 15€ pro Tag etwas teuer aber absolut notwendig. Leider keine Klimaanlage, wodurch es sehr heiß wurde. Da wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Straße hin hatten, konnten wir auch nicht mit offenen Fenstern schlafen um es nachts auszukühlen.

Pros:

De kamer is prima. Het is schoon en netjes.
De check inn super handig en de parkeerplaats zo geregeld.

Communicatie met de locatie is ook prima.

Cons:

De trambaan naast het pand.
Deze rijdt tot 01:00 uur in de nacht en in de ochtend om 05:00uyr weer. Onze kameris op de eerste etage op de hoek en daar hoor je de trambaan erg goed.

Die Tür-/Flurkarten funktionierten nicht, Personal war erreichbar und half weiter.
Gute Betten.

Cons:

Am warmen Sommertag keine Vorkehrungen getroffen, damit der Raum einigermaßen kühl bleibt (Gardinen zu etc).

Super emplacement proche du centre-ville et des commerces. Appartement spacieux et bien équipé.

Cons:

Il faisait assez chaud dans la chambre quand nous sommes arrivés. Le ménage aurait pu être fait un peu plus soigneusement.

Trotz Hitze sehr Gutes Appartement mit zentraler Nähe , Parkplatz sehr gut und auch empfehlenswert bei der Lage

Appartement war bei der Hitze sehr warm trotz Ventilatoren . Durch die Straßenbahn .. Lärm konnte man leider die Fenster nicht die ganze Nacht auflassen

Lekker ruim! Midden in centrum en parkeren in de tuin erachter

Cons:

Het was erg warm (begin juli, 33graden buiten) en ligt aan een drukke weg waardoor ramen met open er veel verkeersgeluid was. De hele nacht was er veel verkeer.

Lokacija, prostran, dobro opremljen apartman, udoban krevet.

Cons:

Veoma toplo u apartmanu od 14 do oko 21 čas. Vrata od tuš kabine. Apartman nije bio dobro očišćen nakon prethodmog gosta.
