Alojamiento decepcionante en Courtyard Marriot Santiago AirPort.

Ubicación.

Cons:

Nos entregaron habitación con sistema de calefacción defectuosa habitación 201 y 209 y finalmente 209 que era habitación para personas con necesidades especiales.
Una de las noches más frías de Santiago y el Hotel con calefacción en mal estado.

DECEPCIONADA

Rescato la atención del personal del restaurant.

Cons:

Sin duda, mala cordinacion del hotel con personal que efectua el traslado al aeropuerto.
Dia 12 de Mayo, nuestro avion llego 22.30 desde Buenos Aires. hubo una coordinacion previa con el hotel, y debian recogernos del aeropuerto a las 23.15 horas, sin embargo nos recogieron del estacionamiento del aeropuerto a las 23.45 horas. ( noche muy fria). TUVE QUE CONTACTARME CON EL HOTEL QUIENES TAMPOCO TENIAN CLARO LO DEL TRASLADO.Dejo en claro que nosotros llegamos al hotel el dia 7 de mayo de 2025, dia siguiente viajamos a Buenos Aires, no hubo inconvniente en el traslado. Dejamos la misma noche del 7 de mayo, pagado nuestra estadia para la noche del dia 12 de mayo, y pagado el van para que nos fuera a buscar. Asimismo dejamos nuestra camioneta estacionada en el estacionamiento del hotel pagando 4 dias por la estadia de esta.
En definitiva, decirles que el hotel es fantastico, sin embargo pasamos un mal rato por la mala coordinación, y poca empatia del personal a nuestro regreso.
Finalmente, comentar quye el conductor que nos fue a buscar, nos mostro su bitacora, y no tenia agendada nuestro traslado desde el aeropuerto el dia 12 de mayo hacia el hotel. Solo el se excuso de la mala coordinación.
